Quick setup for mobile and web alerts, but settings are hard to find
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is that it words for both android and web apps at the exact same time. coding guides are very clear, which makes it super easy to set up when i start brand new software project.
What do you dislike about the product?
worst part is that main website has too many menus, making it hard to find simple settings. Also if you run into bug and need help from customer service, it takes them while to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me add push alerts to the mobile apps i build for clients, like school and lab management systems. This saves me weeks of coding because the notification engine is already built and ready to use.

How little effort it takes after the initial setup. Creating campaigns, scheduling notifications, and checking results feels effortless

Some advanced options take time to fully understand, but once learned they’re very useful.

Reconnecting with inactive users was difficult. Now I can reach users effortless which has noticeably improved return visits and overall app activity.

Nothing to dislike, honestly its very intuitive from start

Mainly collecting new subscribers and engaging with them
Very easy to use and good features.

Sending notifications automated with selected time(for example i select mostly prime hours like 18:30 and system automatically send notifications in each countries local time at 18:30.). And segmentation of users feature is very good for me.

Maybe giving permission from store accounts can be a downside, but it is ok i had no problem since i use onesignal from 2015. And for Unity Game Engine sometimes sdk plugin files has issue with other sdk's like firebase. But lately it is fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me onesignal is boosting my retention rates. And i check some analytics data with onesignal also while preparing notifications.
Well-written documentation and the use was easier in the code whether it was back or front.
