Recommended and easy to setup for better engagement and retention of subscribers

The dashboard can be improved with more quantification of the output

To update the subscribers about latest features and news, it is easier for us to put the notification and reach out to them
OneSignal key to improving healthcare collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Of the different solutions we looked at for messaging, OneSignal was by far the easiest to integrate, both in our Flutter app and on the backend. Testing was a breeze as well. They make it easy to send ad hoc messages and manage campaigns and audiences from their dashboard. OneSignal is a key to enhancing the collaboration within the healthcare teams using our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is good, but we have found out-of-date documentation at times, especially regarding Ionic/Capacitor integration (which we used in a different prototype).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for two reasons:
1. Sharing of information within healthcare teams about a child (patient)
2. Announcements & marketing when we have new content available (blogs, video courses, etc)

Nothing, everything is perfectly amazing

It assists me in delivering notifications and interacting with users of my app. It also helps in delivering useful updates and getting things sone in a holistic manner
The best service for push notifications
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration into our hybrid application created with capacitor + ionic + angular. In less than 5 days we are already in production sending notifications to our clients

At the moment there is nothing we don't like. Two years ago I think they had several service instabilities but this last year it has improved and we have had almost no unavailability to send push notifications that are critical to our business

Transactional push notifications are of vital importance for the flow of business and the correct operation, as well as push notifications for campaigns that we offer to clients.

It has a good documentation for implementation and the API.

It is a very simple product to use and integrate within our app. Their customer service is also amazing.

OneSignal enables me to send web push notifications to any platform and / or device in a easy and standardised way. The return on effort is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
We all wish that integrating software into an existing application was always easy. Unfortunately that is not always the case. As a developer, the installation process can be well documented, but still leave you with questions and an inconsistent experience.
I reached out to OneSignal after ruling out the obvious on my end. Marc provided technical support for my case and went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with the personalized support.
Marc listened to me and understood what I had already attempted. Marc got hands on and started testing in the browser and ultimately helped us identify that something in one of our bundles was preventing the OneSignal code from running.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be clear that the issue we encountered is not due to any problem with OneSignal's software, but the inherenet complexity in modern applications. I did not have any issues with OneSignal's product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our client's has requested Push Notifications for an interactive experience based application. We've struggled with partial implementations from similar products, but OneSignal so far has provided us the most complete, least problematic (for end-users) way to achieve this.
