Easy to use and brings good results
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is easy to use. User experience is really good and not hard to navigate. OneSignal brought my company good results from push notification campaigns. It was really easy to integrate into the websites that we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much to dislike about their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, people used to visit our website and then rarely they came back. Once we implemented OneSignal push notifications the readers that were interested in the type of content that we produce have likely clicked to subscribe to push notifications and therefore we were able to get better retention.
The OneSignal support team were incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
What do you like best about the product?
They helped ensure our account was setup correctly and all the integrations were working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be simpler to calculate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal sheds light on push notification performance and allows us to speed up the process in A/B testing copy and triggers.
Reliable notifications and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I can design my own messages and deliver them timely. I got it up and running on my webflow website in 5 minutes. I had a question and they answered immediately and it has everything that I need. I created a Zapier integration to send messages to my Glide app and I send messages daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. Between all the tools I have used this is the best.

Onesignal is a great solution from installation until usage.

The ease of setting up content in the provided channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue we always faced is the number of times onesignal was down. We can count at least once per 2 weeks where we were not able to access the dashboard.

As a OneSignal provider, I help my clients keep their users engaged by sending them push notifications about new content, special offers, and other updates that they are likely to be interested in. This helps to keep them coming back to their app or website.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is super easy integration. Huge sdk support, well documented API and message templates are upsides of OneSignal

We can only delete subscription but we want to delete devices sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about OneSignal is their simplicity and the kindness of their support. We needed about two days to finish the easier part of the integration which was the biggest part of it. The only thing that was left after that was that we needed to connect our backend with the APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I currently don't like is the bug that OneSignal has on the main page. When you click the LogIn button the Registration screen has been previewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving our push notification request that we need to make for our client. The feature completed our request completely and definitely there is almost no space for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use that it was extremely easy to envolve other areas of the company to engage on it. They were able to send message, work integrations between One SIgnal and other tools etc. Also, We are having a great support from One Signal team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be more in touch with other One SIgnal clients and cases, specially the ones related to the business of my company. Specifically about the tool, I'd like to see more data oprtions in the Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to engage studentes in our platform, such as comuicating academic milestones, that help them to keep the pace during the semester or the full course.
Using OneSignal has made our Notification system a lot better!

My team had very few issues with the platform except when we made an upgrade to the SDK and the implementation details had changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team relies heavily on OneSignal for our notification service around our app when we realized it was easy to implement and we have fewer configurations to make.
