I love how easy OneSignal is to set up and work with, but my favorite part is the set of integrations. I am using the HubSpot one quite extensively and its absolutely fantastic.

Price can scale up quite quickly, but you get what you pay for.

It helps me send segmented push notifications based on lists in HubSpot and events in Mixpanel.

It was easy to setup because of the detailled documentation and guides. The messages are sent very quickly.

The documentation is a little overwhelming. You find everything you need, but you have to click your way through sometimes and maybe you get confused. I also would appreciate, if it was possible to change the icon afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With OneSignal I can now use push messages instead of emails when events happen on my website. So the users don't get their mail boxes spammed but can instead receive a pus notification that can easily be swished away.

Setting a custom icon for Android devices is difficult because of different screen resolutions.
However, for iOS, it uses the default app icon which is pretty simple.
