I would prefer there are more features that can be done from a user interface without a need for development. Like creating new tags.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal provides customer messaging and engagement solutions. OneSignal is mainly used for push notifications. It is used chiefly as software for push notifications. It is the fastest and most reliable push notification service. With the help of one signal plugin, you can manage your application and send and receive messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal is very expensive when you want to use its all features. Otherwise, it is straightforward to use. It is helpful for send notification .it also provide free services for 10000 users. It is beneficial for small as well as medium-scale projects. You can utilize all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is a push notification service that benefits small and medium-scale businesses. It has a rich API in messaging. Also, OneSignal has a plugin so you can easily connect your application .it is very fast. one of the best things is one signal provides high volume capacity for websites and mobile apps.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like the most is the simplicity of how you can communicate directly with users, sending personalized messages and templates you can create, + I have a widget on my wordpress website to send a specific job ad or a special user blog!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be simpler to connect to iOS and make it work, because as far as I can see, it needs a lot of work to be effective in some frameworks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using onesignal for 2 years, and what helps me more specifically is with users, advertisements and anything that I want to send only to those who subscribe to our business, to tell you the truth, I haven't used emailing or anything yet. like that, but for what I've used it so far, it's perfect!

What do you like best about the product?
Concise time frames for email sending are possible.
Moreover, it's reliable, making it an ideal tool for sending important notifications.
Excellent customer service. It doesn't matter if you have to pay, but customers who pay are indeed given priority.
The notification system works centrally. The control panel is intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal Analytics are pretty poor, and it doesn't serve its purpose. However, I would love a complete function so I don't have to resort to external software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal manages all notifications sent from our internal applications. As a result, it allows us to improve our internal notification process.
Our company has been seen a significant improvement in customer service. For example, we can send out notifications whe something goes sour, so we don't have a lot of customers waiting for us.
We've had happy customers who have used the applications we made. The built-in notifications system has also simplified code management and administration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most as an ios engineer using OneSignal in their app is the ability to find my device (the one that I use for testing) and see what segments are active on my device. It's also easy to send test notifications to my device when I'm testing our push notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting a tag was confusing at first. Because if I want to turn ON a tag, I need to send the tag with a 'true' value, and when turning it off, I assumed I should just delete the tag, but instead, I have to send the tag with a 'false' value. But once these tags are setup properly, it's all good. These tags were used in our app to "subscribe" a user to a particular "topic/notification," and then, they can receive such topic/notifications if they have subscribed to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Push Notification, and In-app Messaging. We use OneSignal to send notifications to our users, and also send messages / promotions in-app, or even surveys. It's very useful for use to get user feedback. I am not from Marketing Team, but I coordinate with them a lot, since they are the ones who decide what events, tags to use and when to trigger them. It helps us raise our app engagement, and get feedback from the users by simply using the app.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to test the free OneSignal version. But, unfortunately, it doesn't offer much more than the paid version, except for some limitations.
It takes very little time to send email messages.
Therefore, it makes it an excellent tool for sending important notifications.
It can be easily integrated into many mobile and computer platforms. In addition, developers will appreciate the simple notification management feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is not optimized in certain sections, your page feels slow. Contacting technical support via chat is challenging, but it isn't a significant problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used OneSignal in the development of client applications. They can learn how to use the software, and they can also grow their business on their own.
It is easier than ever to get information from customers. AI can identify patterns accurately by spending more time with applications and making suitable recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is affordable software with an attractive free edition. However, you can still get all the features you want in the paid version.
It's easy to use, even for people who don't know how code works. OneSignal does not require programming knowledge. It can easil be integrated into different mobile and computer platforms. It allows developers to manage notifications easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to manage subscribers. You might find that some users have multiple devices of experience downtimes. It would be helpful to be able to label them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal was used for the development of applications for our clients. The clients are now able to learn the software quickly and can then grow independently.
Our applications have seen a significant increase in usage. Because of this, we can gather more information about the interests of our users.
OneSignal lets me quickly notify my team of any new developments that don't require follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal always provides top-notch customer service. I worked with Jon and he was able to resolve the Safari issue I was running into. I appreciate the help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues with OneSignal that haven't been resolved by reaching out to the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing web push notifications with a cross-browser solution. It's relatively easy to set up and the customer service is great.

Incredible Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal, and specifically Brit, took the time to answer multiple rounds of questions via email to help us troubleshoot potential sources for some issues we were having. After we tried all his suggested solutions, which fixed most but not all our issues he took the time to set up an hour-long video conference so we could share our screens and find the cause together. He then gave us a full explanation of some next steps we could pursue to prevent future problems and better utilize the full capabilities of the OneSignal platfrom. Oh, and he did all this even though we aren't even paying customers yet - but as we continue to grow our readership and reach with OneSignal we definitely will be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside so far is the cap of 10,000 notifications, but we have learned how to create segments to better target readers and also will be looking to subscribe as we grow and reach more than 10,000 actives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us stay connected with our readership throughout the day and re-engage them when we have new stories that fit their specific interests. We see the direct results in the form of real-time traffic to our site.
