Its feature rich and free with excellent product support.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation, the availability of advanced features at no costs such as segmented targeting & filters. The iOS magic provisioning profile tool omg 😍
What do you dislike about the product?
Just need more tutorials specific to some platforms such as Firebase Cloud Functions. There are nodejs tutorials but many BaaS users arent well versed in server side so need tutorials specific to the platform we are using to make integration easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending push notifications, cost effectively (free) with advanced targeting features to aid in user retention. Great for starting out. To grow, there are advanced paid features allowing me to grow with the platform instead of incurring switching costs.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of competition Nowadays, and we love to see our return visitors so OneSignal is a way, that remind your visitors to come back to your website, will lots of smart features and AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike seeing my competitor getting sad. But Who cares. Still I suggest all of them to turn to new things, everybody look to their's phone for notifications, so let's send them a notification from you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal Solved so many problems, like getting return visitors, and getting suddenly traffic after posting a blog, it knows what time is good to send notifications to visitors and it's benefiting in revenue of my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer journeys really helped our business grow with automation and allowed us to expand into new segments that we didn't even think were previously available. Amazing service from the account managers and customer support. Highly recommend

Nothing really to be disliked. We were looking for such solution for our growing business and everything worked perfectly as we intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our focus was mainly on push notifications, but we quickly made a switch with email marketing automation solutions as well.

Maybe it could be less expensive. Also, I would like to have easier says to create automations.

I miss communication by newsletters about some news and possibilities about the platform

easy integration with mobile
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with iOS was quick and easy. The documentation is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the player ID using the iOS SDK is kind of weird. It's not available when it's being called too soon and there is no closure for callback from the function.

We wanted something that's simple to integrate and has a friendly admin control panel. OneSignal delivers.

For sure, the support: Fast reply, patience, and links to try out to solve the problem. At least the best support ever received, I think. Meaby not the best choice to use chat instead of emails, but understandable. Anyway, I got a problem with the OneSignal SDK setup, but it came out that the problem was not OneSignal but another Plugin that interfaced with OneSignal. Juan helped me find out the problem and gave me a lot of support and solutions; I'm glad he worked with me ( in some way ).
In conclusion, one of the best things I liked is the dashboard; helpful and clear, and every section is straightforward to understand and use. I'll recommend OneSignal to all who need a notification infrastructure and for sure, and I'll surely use it again for future projects. What do you dislike about the product?
I'm new to OneSignal use, so I didn't find any problems or downsides for now. The website is clear and modern, dashboard and notification system are perfect and fast, so ( for now ) nothing to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, I'm new. But OneSignal solves the remote push notifications infrastructure; they track all the data so you can check it out quickly, and there are emails and SMS infrastructure for the future. So for a business is a good choice if you don't need too much privacy.
Beautiful design and resposnsive
What do you like best about the product?
Very nice designs and templates for in-app messages and notifications, which we really liked. I like how customers who use the free plan have many options that are certainly enough for basic things such as notifications and in-app messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that there are no applications through which I can send notifications and other things, I don't consider it a big minus, I believe that in the future an application will be made through which we will be able to do everything in the same way as through the web platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, I didn't have any serious problems with onesignal, which surprised me the most, I thought there would be much bigger problems with the setup on application, however, it is very well explained through the steps of how to bind onesignal with the application, etc.

The OneSignal team works closely with our developers to understand and optimize our account for best usage.

OneSignal is a little pricey- but the return outweighs the cost.

Push notifications across all of our divisions. Heavy emphasis on getting users to reengage with our digital products.

What do you like best about the product?
I was having a problem getting the API to work in my application. Dominick was patient, thorough, and had good suggestions every step of the way. This has not always been the case with other vendors I've dealt with.

There is nothing at this point to dislike. The problem was solved.
