What do you like best about the product?
The integration part. I have many ways to use the provider. As a developer, I have several resources at my disposal to get the most out of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delivery reports. In the list of users reached, I only have a view of only 6, and only information that the campaign delivered +90, for example. I don't know if there is any place in the OnSignal Interface, on the website, where I can have this detailed view of the campaign, not just graphics, because if I want to improve reach, I need to have details of each user that the campaign failed to deliver. Knowing how many I managed to reach is important, but not being able to know why I couldn't reach a certain user is even more relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure faster communication to users of our App and improve their engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked many things about OneSignal
1. It is very easy to send push notifications and also set up in-app messages.
2. It's very flexible and can be accessed on all devices like chrome, firefox. safari, etc.
3. They have one of the best customer support that I've experienced.
4. It also has analytics so you need only one thing a good idea and you can start planning your campaign.
5. I also liked the Amplitude integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I disliked about OneSignal are:-
1. The Analytics could be better.
2. They don't keep an archive of data for more than 30 days.
3. They also don't allow the export of all of the data which is shown in UI.
4. The analytics could be better.
5. I've also felt lagging and hanging while performing some tasks, so it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We daily send many push notifications to users worldwide without any issues.
2. Helps in customer engagement and communication.
3. Sending real-time notifications of important events to specific users.
4. The push notifications make users more engaged with our app.
5. It's very useful for small-scale and mid-scale segment organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent platform for pushing notifications to users or clients. This platform is best for you if you want to send multiple push notifications in one go to your users. Its pricing is reasonable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no reason to dislike the one signal but one thing. It doesn't have advanced features, if you are a beginner you will love it. Otherwise, it might bore you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has become a lifesaver for us. It provides Push notifications, email messaging and SMS messaging Integrations with excellent documentations.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSihnal has helped many organizations in sending push notifications. It is different from many other tools in the market as it gives you an additional features in sending the notifications to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of OneSignal is that once you start using onsignal and you cross 30k active users, then you habe to pay a decent amount for futher sending the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is very helpfull for the organizations that wants to get more users for thier application, the notifications has more customized features like images, outstanding text formats, beautiful graphis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More easy to use for your application, does not requires much intergration of other tools, once you start using this, you can get more clicks for your notifications.

Excellent Documentation & Support

What do you like best about the product?
We launched Push notifications on our React Native Mobile Apps, using React Native, we were used to limited third-party SDK support but Onesignal proved to be the best here. We could implement all the RN features that the Native SDKs supported. The Docs were very clear and guided us on each step. The SDKs are on Github and have good open source community support.
Brit from the support team has been very helpful with our Email setup, he also reached out to us when our DNS settings were misconfigured and helped us fix them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the dashboard can feel a little slow, each navigation does a full page reload. It could be improved with some client-side routing but not a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push Notifications, Email Messaging and SMS Messaging Integrations under one hood with excellent SDKs and Documentation.
Time to integrate and go-live was short and within the estimations,

What do you like best about the product?
I love that OneSignal allows us to easily send push notifications through such an intuitive platform! The analytics and performance measurement of our push notifications through OneSignal is super accessible and is miles beyond Salesforce's MobilePush.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are just about past the finish line. We use HubSpot for our Marketing Automation, and would love if OneSignal had a little deeper integration for the sake of all-in-one tooling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is helping us communicate with our user base in a segmented, targeted, and relevant way through push notifications. Some platforms don't have this capability, or at least it is hard to enable, but we are able to execute on true personalization with OneSignal!

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely satisfied with the support provided by support engineer, Jenna Antilla. I asked many times for different things. And she replied each time politely and helpfully and explained to me with an example. And also Extremely thankful to OneSignal for providing a great support team and a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Everything is just awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has created the best platform for sending daily scheduled push notifications and the best part I liked is we can set all these by Rest APIs. Which saved our daily working hours and increased in revenue. Which was not easily possible in firebase push notifications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend all to use this product as it's a very easy and very helpful product.

I can do almost anything I need (platform integration, managing users, user insights, and the list keeps going).

I can't say, honestly, everything is awesome in OneSignal.

It wraps everything in one single place, we don't have to look around and use different services because we have them here.
