A great push notification system

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to test the free OneSignal version. But, unfortunately, it doesn't offer much more than the paid version, except for some limitations.
It takes very little time to send email messages.
Therefore, it makes it an excellent tool for sending important notifications.
It can be easily integrated into many mobile and computer platforms. In addition, developers will appreciate the simple notification management feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is not optimized in certain sections, your page feels slow. Contacting technical support via chat is challenging, but it isn't a significant problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used OneSignal in the development of client applications. They can learn how to use the software, and they can also grow their business on their own.
It is easier than ever to get information from customers. AI can identify patterns accurately by spending more time with applications and making suitable recommendations.

OneSignal for having a robust push notification system with API

What do you like best about the product?
It is affordable software with an attractive free edition. However, you can still get all the features you want in the paid version.
It's easy to use, even for people who don't know how code works. OneSignal does not require programming knowledge. It can easil be integrated into different mobile and computer platforms. It allows developers to manage notifications easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to manage subscribers. You might find that some users have multiple devices of experience downtimes. It would be helpful to be able to label them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal was used for the development of applications for our clients. The clients are now able to learn the software quickly and can then grow independently.
Our applications have seen a significant increase in usage. Because of this, we can gather more information about the interests of our users.
OneSignal lets me quickly notify my team of any new developments that don't require follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal always provides top-notch customer service. I worked with Jon and he was able to resolve the Safari issue I was running into. I appreciate the help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues with OneSignal that haven't been resolved by reaching out to the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing web push notifications with a cross-browser solution. It's relatively easy to set up and the customer service is great.

Incredible Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal, and specifically Brit, took the time to answer multiple rounds of questions via email to help us troubleshoot potential sources for some issues we were having. After we tried all his suggested solutions, which fixed most but not all our issues he took the time to set up an hour-long video conference so we could share our screens and find the cause together. He then gave us a full explanation of some next steps we could pursue to prevent future problems and better utilize the full capabilities of the OneSignal platfrom. Oh, and he did all this even though we aren't even paying customers yet - but as we continue to grow our readership and reach with OneSignal we definitely will be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside so far is the cap of 10,000 notifications, but we have learned how to create segments to better target readers and also will be looking to subscribe as we grow and reach more than 10,000 actives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us stay connected with our readership throughout the day and re-engage them when we have new stories that fit their specific interests. We see the direct results in the form of real-time traffic to our site.

The best way to improve communications

What do you like best about the product?
The control panel is straightforward and perfect. Thanks to it, I have an excellent user experience. The interface is friendly, and there is no need to pay attention and search for any function.
You don't need to touch your code to integrate OneSignal. The integration process into our team is easy.
Its team has excellent customer service. It answers in a few minutes and helps us with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not very much sedimentation. I don't need to code to use OneSignal, but it would be nice having some supporting documents for having answers on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal communications. It is a simple way to inform everyone about a relevant event because it doesn't interrupt our workflow.
Of course, it's fantastic when we integrate it into our website. This way, we can send intelligent notifications and keep our clients.
We have improved our workflow and audience retention.

The best way to retain customers

What do you like best about the product?
it is free of charge. It is not a decisive point when purchasing software, but OneSignal's features are very good for a free program.
The paid version has some improvements, but it is still affordable, and not everyone needs to upgrade.
Customer support is excellent, regardless of whether you are a paying customer.
The support is always of high quality, and they respond quickly.
The centralized system for all notifications makes it easy to manage our customer care.
It is easy to use software, so all our operators are trained in just a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems so far with OneSignal. The truth is that I can't have any complaints, although there could be drawbacks as it is a free program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our customer service channels has been one of the best ideas to alleviate the worklead.
We can also send notifications to customers of the applications we develop to keep them interested. Thaks to this, we have increased the usage time of the applications, which has translated into higher conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
- I love the user experience. The control panel has a friendly and easy-to-understand interface.

- No need to touch the code on the website. The integration is simple and fast.

- Customer service and retention are much better than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page sometimes feels unoptimized and slow to load some sections. However, it is not a problem with our internet connection or our computers.

I also think there should be a simplified control panel, with the option to have only a few functions enabled, like shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As soon as we implemented OneSignal, we started to see an increase in sales, a better reception among our customers and decrease in the workload in the customer service department.

Customer acquisition improved too much for us. It means a better situation for us in every way.

Best platform to send and manage In-app notifications

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things with OneSignal is to send in-app messages and notifications to all our users. Our product's overall performance is hardly affected with the OneSignal integration which is a great plus for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with OneSignal. The product's User Interface is very simple and any beginner can easily start using the platform from the get-go. Also, cost-wise, it is cheap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from sending In-app messages, we also wanted to monitor the response to those notifications. OneSignal's detailed performance reports gives us great valuable insights which is very much needed by us

What do you like best about the product?
Is helping us to increase revenues by engaging users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could have more automation on Push Notifications. i.e. be able to rerun the same Push Notification each day. Would like to have more reporting abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering daily useful content to users which is increasing subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is free. on top of that their support is amazing. Doesn't matter you are a paid customer or a free customer, they take care of you no matter what. One of the best teams I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot recall any bad experience with this. But, when it comes to Xamarin forms support, I kinda some issues here and there. But overall I think everything is pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is developing our mobile app inhouse. So we needed a push notification service. and we were using Xamarin forms. we couldn't find any good full fledge tool to achieve this. But then we came across OneSignal. no regrets.
