I'm A Happy User Of Onesignal User
What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal is an easy to use tool, it is an aid to making really big task of handling push notifications and in-app messages plus user acquisition and user loss monitoring easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onesignal is really great. However, onesignal dashboard seems slow and most times, its taking lots of time to load data. If there is however a way this issue can be harnessed, it would really be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Onesignal aid, i have been able to keep a clean monitoring / tracking in my user acquisition/ user loss analysis.

The most thing I personally dislike is we can't give access to the developer to integrate OneSignal with the application unless we assign him as administrator,
we don't want a freelancer or outsourced developer to have a look at the apps statistics

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we engage our customers by sending recommendations of what they might be interested in, our new features, their subscription to a specific topic, trending content on the app, and new app release.

Very Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is reliable and delivers notifications within moments. It has been very easy and effective. The best parts are Automatic Delivery Time Optimisation, Ease of Dashboard Use. Additionally, they have great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to analyse previously send push notifications. First-timers or entrepreneurs without experience may have a difficult time reading and analysing the notification performance, but watching tutorial videos might help. Additionally, the prices are a little bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for marketers. It helps me generate important amounts of retention, create meaningful segmentation, automated notifications, personalized messages, timely scheduled notifications according to customers optimal time.

OneSignal is a great solution for optimized push notifications which will bring great retention and open rates.
Great product and even better support
What do you like best about the product?
We had the problem that we wanted to use a One Signal app on multiple sites. Somehow we were on the wrong track with our team and ultimately very frustrated. However, the support provided us with professional help very quickly and took our concerns very seriously. Finally, the support provided us with the decisive hint and now we are very happy that we can use OneSignal on multiple sites at the same time.

We think that the user underface (navigation) of the web interface could be made a bit more modern and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can inform our users directly and personally about new topics in our horse blog and were able to increase our traffic within a short time.

OneSignal is very easy to use. All features are very well built and help me easily create communication with my users.

There's nothing about OneSignal that I don't like. I use the available resources and they are all very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send messages to my users with the smart delivery option. this function is the most outstanding one, compared to the ones I use most often.
The Best Notification Service I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
The service is super fast and very stable, this allows me to keep up with the more than 2 million users that I have in my applications. It allows me to manage my users even from a personal API if I so decide. Just other services that I have used are not up to par.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just think they need to improve the in-app notifications which are crucial for campaigning for some users, but they have improved quite quickly in what I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with my users is a crucial factor in my work, OneSignal allows me to be present with my users even when I cannot, this is thanks to all the possibilities it offers me to schedule notifications, segment them, and much more.

Undoubtedly OneSignal has managed to position itself as one of the best notification services that exist today, in the time that I have been using it it has been the best for my needs, excellent support, all notifications are sent in a matter of seconds, and all my users.

OneSignal provides straightforward integrations with a variety of different platforms and languages.

I can't think of a thing! Nothing is missing from OneSignal's product.

I am adding Push Notifications to all of my products.
OneSignal has been my main notification service for all of my apps!

Title is self explanatory, I have about 12+ Published apps on the appstore, they all use this service for notifications, chose onesignal only because it's VERY faster than the others!

There are nothing that i don't like per se, Just more of a improvement that could be made, I would like a better and customizable In-App message.

Benitfs are that OneSignal is fast, and easy to setup.
We have been very happy with OneSignal for our Push Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to integrate with our custom built marketplace as well as our Shopify Plus store. We had no issues with integrating with our iOS and Android apps as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more opportunities to easily configure flows for e-commerce on OneSignal. Right now you have to come up with the automations yourself which I feel could be a bit better with some guidance of common automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our need to build our push notification subscriber base. It is important to use that we have multiple channels to communicate with our customers and push notifications are great performers for us.
