Get started with Notifications with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using API and very clear dashboard to check notification history, clicks and targets

API doesn't support sharing of image in notification

Our clients get real time notification of there transaction when allotment is done.

Super quick integration and very easy to use. You are up and running in no time!

Depending on your stage it can get a little expensive but it can generate significant ROI. Our conversation improved materially after using OneSignal.

We use push notifications and in app messaging mostly. Push notifications for every transactions users make on our platform.

Cost for startups with more than 30k users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Onesignal to support our different terminals(mobile apps, web Apps..etc)
Highly recommend (and I regularly do!)

Documentation is excellent, the product is easy to use, and support has always been very responsive

I'm still not convinced it's properly sending out warning emails when push certifications are getting close to expiration.

Push Notifications Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating OneSignal with our app was super simple. And sending push notifications is super simple via the OneSignal dashboard and via the API. I also love the different delivery features they have (immediate, user time zone, intelligent delivery).
I'm also very impressed with their support - I've reached out to them multiple times with questions I've had or issues I've come across, and they always respond very quickly and help me with whatever I need. They've even fixed bugs I've noticed within a matter of days with is amazing (thanks again, Jon!)

What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is their API is still under construction, it seems. Not infrequently, it returns 503 errors and often has maintenance windows that can be hard to deal with. But overall, it's not bad and continues to improve every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending push notifications. Benefits: saved hours of engineering time by not having to build out our own notifications system. Great support team to help with any questions or issues.
Best Application for Push Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
They have a very fleshed out service that's easy to set up and provides the ability for you to customize and integrate almost every detail you could want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "downside" I can think of is that at the moment, there aren't a lot of native integrations available. However, that hasn't personally affected my team or me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With OneSignal, we have been able to better utilize push notifications and other forms of personalized marketing.

Easy to use, good price, a lot of tutorials for implementing

There are only two choices of sending push notifications - immediately and in 24 hours (inteliggent). We would appreciate to have third choice to send it "slowly" line in hour on all of the users because immediate sending is so fast that is creates DDOS attack on our server

We have expanded our marketing mix in communication on our current users which is great thing with good ROI
