OneSignal is one stop best solution

What do you like best about the product?
For me as a developer, their push notification and in-app-messaging feature are the best with a seamless zero code integration documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a suggestion to improvise if possible, Auto Integration like Crashlytics may improve the error-less integration process and can save time for developers.
An automated plugin can be developed to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has significantly improved our customer retention in a really impressive way with their services like Push Notification + Email
The user engagement and interactions with the app has been grown by 40-50% after using OneSignal Service.
The customization options OneSignal offer for their Push Notifications and In-App messaging is Top-Notch, no other service provider has these features in their package.

What do you like best about the product?
Free of use and beautiful api. Its very usefull and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation is a little mess I think. But it is maybe from me. I just cant handle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I create custom api or mobile app its really usefull that onesignal.com provides. I can implement easy.

Easy User Journey Messaging Product!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup for omni-channel messaging (Email, SMS & Push)
My developer set it up in a day
I can easily send a basic message, however the ability to do basic user journeys to send an email, then an SMS and a push notification has transformed my marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for my business, previously used email only solution which was too limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to message users across multiple channels. I've used email for many years however most of my users now are on mobile, Push & SMS are crucial new channels to reach my customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was easy to setup and easy to send messages. However you will need a developer to maximize the value by setting tags.

Extremely Easy to Implement. Just works!

What do you like best about the product?
Documentation was extremely clear and step by step. I was able to implement the mobile SDK, build in XCode and send a targeted notification from my Rails application in under two hours. They give you code samples for many languages and frameworks. Seriously does not get easier and coming from other messaging services, the admin portal is feature rich. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mobile notifications and messages for a mobile app built in Unity 3D with a Rails backend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the documentation. It's perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal staff are super responsive, treat you like they actually care, and are incredibly patient with questions. They have helped me several times and unlike "support" from other tech companies (throwing you a link to an FAQ), they actually communicate with you and walk you through things. Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not more companies like them. They should share their secret for excellent customer support. ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved all of our communication issues with push and in-app messaging. In-app is particularly beneficial for us now!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
By FAR the easiest and most supportive tech company of its kind. We reviewed many and they were our choice three years ago and we couldn't be happier!

What do you like best about the product?
-Push Notifications.
- Mailing list for marketing.
- Allows users to send out notifications via email, desktop, mobile notifications.
- Scheduled notifications.
- Users may subscribe to email or desktop notifications as per liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see anything to dislike, but the notifications are limited to several users if it was not the full version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The support team has been really helpful to me especially Jenna . She explained to me in detail how to get things done and also provided references which guided me throughout my development.
Thank you Jenn, with you I get the things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time is kinda late but is understandable since they're working on a specific hours also because of the timezone differences which I totally understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am actually building an app that would interface with OneSIgnal. I tried it first using Zapier Integration to OneSIgnal but found out through support that it would be best for me to use REST API instead since I am sending notification to specific external users.

Reliable Push Notification Sending Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's a Multi-Platform tool that helps us to send push notifications to a larger audience. OneSignal never lags and sends push notifications on time.

We can easily set up new apps and websites without much technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be improved. Also, the dashboard could be more attractive and optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have daily new subscribers from various sources; keeping them updated about our product is very important. Using OneSignal for sending push notifications helps us do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a solution to update your subscribers about your new product or service, then OneSignal is the best option for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Brit provided so many documentation on workarounds to help solve my issue. The rep mainly drove it on her own intuition to provide beyond and above what I was asking for. This opened doors I didn't know exist in targetting our users better. I now have a lot of material on hand and can better utilize the functions to create segmentation on a far more detailed viewing. Thanks Brit!
What do you dislike about the product?
The exported reports are not language friendly. We create msgs in Arabic and English, but do not see the characters during export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying how to target users from a very detailed consumer behavior. The help adddressed above made the issue I was trying to solve for beneficial.
