What do you like best about the product?
Analytical report for each push notification
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing for now, but I would like to have the feature to know how many letters are showing on the user's phone screen before expanding the push notification when the text is too long. (with and without images in the notification)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The number of users who install the app with an unknown play store account (play store console couldn't read in there installs report).

What do you like best about the product?
It was a simple addition for android and ios.
And it provides a lot of value right out of the box.

Not a lot to complain about. But it is somewhat hard to get a sense of the numbers in each segment and historical trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving retention is a main goal, by sending notifications to people who use our app.

Dont spend a lot of time trying to pick what to use. You can not really go wrong with onesignal.

Really appreciate the kind of services they provide. I found this as the best way to awake our users . Great alarm. Thank you one signal

Works pretty good, no downtime or any other issues with the service. Easy api and integration. Free plan is excellent

Price, the pricing could be a little better or at least more flexible. Right now you either pay a high price for the entire solution or you stay on the free plan. Good the thing the free plan is excellent

We mainly use push notifications for our apps, iOS and Android. The integration is pretty easy, the API is simple and the interface is good interactive enough so any person on my team can use it
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a very powerful tool. And the best part is that it is pretty simple to use and very effective! I use it for my website, which is bilingual (Portuguese and English). Whenever users subscribe to OneSignal I can easily segment them and, after, I can send customized push messages to them. So, when I have updates for people who only speak Portuguese, I send a message just for them. Updates in English are sent to all others. Whenever a have an update which is "universal", I can send only one push message to all the contacts and write this message in both languages, sharing the same link. The schedule works great and there's an optimize delivery in which OneSignal delivers the messages at a time considered to be the best for each user. I find this very useful, once my subscribers are from different parts of the world, so OneSignal takes care of the delivery for me with this optimization. Another thing which I find absolutely great is that on the side of the screen (Desktop) there are always some help topics describing what we can do and how. For further reading, there's a link with the documentation and everything is very well explained. I created my badge following these materials and it works perfectly!

For my needs, there's nothing I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My site is bilingual. Using OneSignal I can segment my users by their location, so whenever I send my messages I can filter them and deliver the best experience. They have an optimized delivery which I find very interesting. The message is delivered when the user is more apt to read it. It's great!

OneSignal is straight to the point. If you need a service for delivering push messages, whether you use an app or a website (my case), it gets the job done perfectly. There are tons of customization and segmentation options and the interface and documentation are great!
Amazing Service
What do you like best about the product?
Through OneSignal our website receives additional traffic and binds readers to us. About a month ago. It was super easy and uncomplicated. We were able to integrate OneSignal directly via plugin into our Wordpress website and have never had any problems since.I can only recommend it. We have also received positive feedback from some of our regular readers, as they now never miss any news from us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say anything bad about OneSignal. We have been searching for a long time for such a solution and found only very expensive alternatives on the Internet. OneSignal is even completely free for up to 30000 subscribers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through OneSignal, we very clearly increase our reader loyalty. Our readers now receive a direct notification when a new article is published. This increases our reader loyalty and our readers are happy because they are always up to date. It is a classic win-win situation for both sides. We are confident that OneSignal can increase our traffic permanently and see no reason not to use the product. I can recommend OneSignal to any website operator. The implementation is very easy and usually takes only a few minutes of work. This little work is worth it in any case.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try. It just does what it's supposed to. We have been using OneSignal for some time now and have been able to increase our reader retention and traffic. Up to 30000 subscribers it is also completely free of charge. I can only recommend OneSignal.

I really like the API which is simple and very powerful. The web management panel is very good and our marketing team uses it easily.

could have custom fields to fill in user data. Preferably fields with different types (number, string, date, object)

What do you like best about the product?
I'm loving the experience with One Signal. I'm a site owner for 11 months and I'm using one signal ever since, it keeps my visitors to come back each day, its fast too and most importantly never breaks your site neither is heavy. I totally recommend it. Its a great feature and great for marketing your products (if that's the case) too.

Nothing to dislike about this at all , it is made in perfection

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation, lots of analytical data, and the ability to simply check a box on each WordPress post to indicate whether I want the post sent out as a push notification. As a smaller publisher I appreciate the OneSignal options.

I wish the opt in widget was more functional for WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With OneSignal I am able to engage readers directly rather than depend on social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. It's great for a news site like mine that publishes a lot of local breaking news.

OneSignal is easy to use and there is no down side to give it a try as a publisher. Readers opt in and they can opt out. The company keeps adding features and innovating.
