Amazing Service

What do you like best about the product?
Through OneSignal our website receives additional traffic and binds readers to us. About a month ago. It was super easy and uncomplicated. We were able to integrate OneSignal directly via plugin into our Wordpress website and have never had any problems since.I can only recommend it. We have also received positive feedback from some of our regular readers, as they now never miss any news from us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say anything bad about OneSignal. We have been searching for a long time for such a solution and found only very expensive alternatives on the Internet. OneSignal is even completely free for up to 30000 subscribers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through OneSignal, we very clearly increase our reader loyalty. Our readers now receive a direct notification when a new article is published. This increases our reader loyalty and our readers are happy because they are always up to date. It is a classic win-win situation for both sides. We are confident that OneSignal can increase our traffic permanently and see no reason not to use the product. I can recommend OneSignal to any website operator. The implementation is very easy and usually takes only a few minutes of work. This little work is worth it in any case.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try. It just does what it's supposed to. We have been using OneSignal for some time now and have been able to increase our reader retention and traffic. Up to 30000 subscribers it is also completely free of charge. I can only recommend OneSignal.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the API which is simple and very powerful. The web management panel is very good and our marketing team uses it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
could have custom fields to fill in user data. Preferably fields with different types (number, string, date, object)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to suggest restaurant options to our clients. This increases our engagement and customer retention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best push notification sending tool. Have complete reports and segmentations to understand the profile of subscribed people.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm loving the experience with One Signal. I'm a site owner for 11 months and I'm using one signal ever since, it keeps my visitors to come back each day, its fast too and most importantly never breaks your site neither is heavy. I totally recommend it. Its a great feature and great for marketing your products (if that's the case) too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this at all , it is made in perfection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of the deliver is great, I have got people coming back much more once I post a notification too.

Do not think twice, its the best notification system you can get out there.

OneSignal push notifications are a great way to engage readers

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation, lots of analytical data, and the ability to simply check a box on each WordPress post to indicate whether I want the post sent out as a push notification. As a smaller publisher I appreciate the OneSignal options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the opt in widget was more functional for WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With OneSignal I am able to engage readers directly rather than depend on social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. It's great for a news site like mine that publishes a lot of local breaking news.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
OneSignal is easy to use and there is no down side to give it a try as a publisher. Readers opt in and they can opt out. The company keeps adding features and innovating.

The customer service is remarkable, and the fact that the free version allows for up to 30,000 is amazing to me.

I have zero dislikes about OneSignal. Truly.

I'm reaching an audience that I could not otherwise reach, and with EXTREME ease.

Don't look back. Sign up, get started, and you'll be very pleased, especially if you're using WordPress.

What do you like best about the product?
It does what it says on the tin. It sends push notifications to Android and iOS devices, reliably and with ease.

The support team have been very helpful when I have had a question and needed help.
What do you dislike about the product?
More documentations examples would always be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending updates when the data has changed in the database and sending message to users.

Works as advertised. My first interaction with Support was really good. They were very helpful.

Not much do dislike at this point, just getting started.

Allows notifications with in our mobile app easier than native development, for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an other person in the other end of the email that understands you. The services are amazing! I can not beleve i found this and start using it. It way easier than I'd ever expected it to be. Documentation is perfect. Even though there should be less transparancy between the web-push world and the mobile push. Seems like they might me mixed in the doc. Lucky for me that I only use the simple stuff and that I'm VERY happy with the service. I should have known about this two years ago. That would have saved me alot of trouble and long nights. I was up and running within minutes! Both on iOS and Android. Of cource I have a lot of expiriance with the iOS push already so many of the things needed - I had them. For new users iOS push can be tricky. That's just in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Still a rookie user but I've tested and played around with the service for hours. Keeps impressing me how easy OneSignal makes this. And when I know that the "things behind" are VERY complex and hard to keep track of. Right now there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The GDPR as an exmaple. I ask about it and OneSignal kindly ask me to seek legal consulating for that matter. But the doc clearly stated was was subject to a GDPR violation and how to avoid it. Makes perfect sence. Nothing technical. The guides where all I needed to get going. Also I asked about "tags". Can I have a "tag" array. One tag and multiple values. I got a very god answer on that also.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a simple API and simple push functionality this is the way to go. Took minutes to set up. Works like a charm. Saving time and efford to make this work.
