Our team faced challenges with technical barriers in advanced customization, and a moderate learning curve for team members adapting to sophisticated push notification technologies.

Solves critical communication challenges by providing a centralized, efficient platform that enables our company to instantly reach our users across multiple channels, significantly improving engagement, retention, and real-time communication while reducing the complexity and technical overhead of managing diverse notification strategies.

Easy to use and adapt to the app user flows. Provides a lot of messaging channels to engage users.

Some bugs present on the React Native package caused crashes on android devices.

We have news apps, and with OneSignal we are sending notifications to users about new, updated important news.

User friendly for template creation and the fact that it has different environments to allow the user to play around and familirise themselves.

Inability to create email messages easily like how we create notifications.

The fact that we can do push notification now and take it live now is amazing.

Wirh OneSinal, I receive updates on several jobs and vacancies that mathes my profile and work experience and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recruiters details are sometimes not available and it makes addressing cover letters difficult. Also, the details of the various job adverts are often not separated with no links to see the details of each category

I use it when verifying my users' emails.
The simplest push engine
What do you like best about the product?
It is the simplest push sending engine. The connection is very simple and soon we will go with our own custom designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
APIs to obtain report data are missing. You can only get a CSV from the admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today I have to save states in local storage and I have no way of knowing which notifications are opened by the users, and I can't mark their states without having a report of that information.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, its easy to setup, easy to use, easy to manage. Simply its easy to use and i kinda like the UI too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt really a thing that i dont like about OneSignal alot, hovewer if i were to think the UI could probsbly be better and integrated to be used in mobile better.

I searched the internet ans the easiest and the best one i could find was OneSignal. I use it to send push notifications and its really doing its job, its fast and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
-The multi-channel messaging feature, which allows me to send pushes, SMS, emails and in app-messages. Also it's very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options for notifications are a bit limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One Signal allows me to segment my audience based on their behavior. Thanks to that, we can create automizations to (re-)engage users that might have become inactive or did something relevant in the app. That way, we are able too boost our engagement rate within our app.
