Outstanding Notification Service

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of customization options. It has allowed us to send quick, effective notifications to our users, significantly improving retention and engagement. Highly recommended for any app!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like much is that, at first, I struggled a bit to access the SDK in Flutter, but after that, everything was fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it has solved in my project include improving the delivery of push notifications to users, which has increased app retention and allowed for more effective communication with our audience. Additionally, the integration was smooth, and the technical support was always available to assist when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to connect your visitors to receive messages from you regularly. It's amazing to turn anonymous people into those connected to you for updates on new content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happy if there was an option for the Hebrew language, so there would be no need to struggle with Google Translate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem has always been how to get the anonymous people who visit my site to stay connected for continuous updates, so they keep coming back to the site. In signing up for push notifications, I found what I was looking for. It's great!

Fairly self-starter tool for small businesses. Customer support is quick and helpful. Juan in particular was great!

They has some issues with their code that our developer had to fix.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the console. The omni-channel email, sms & push all in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to understand how to use it in your business. DOnt underestimate the onboarding support required to get it where it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to email, sms & push message our user base in one spot, allowing us to apply a omni-channel comms strategy that we can deliver, analayses and optimise.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I greatly appreciate the OneSignal application and its many features, I would like to share some aspects that I believe could be improved.

Firstly, I have noticed occasional delays in the delivery of notifications. While these instances are not frequent, they can be disruptive, particularly when timely communication is critical. Ensuring more consistent and immediate delivery would significantly enhance the reliability of the service.

Secondly, the user interface, while generally intuitive, can be overwhelming for new users. Simplifying the layout or providing more comprehensive onboarding tutorials would help users become proficient more quickly and with less frustration.

Thirdly, the customization options for notifications are extensive, but the process of setting them up can be complex. Streamlining these processes and offering more preset templates could save time and reduce errors.

Additionally, the integration with certain platforms and tools can sometimes be less seamless than expected. Enhanced compatibility and more streamlined integration processes would greatly improve overall efficiency and user satisfaction.

Lastly, providing more in-depth analytics and reporting features would be beneficial. Users could gain even deeper insights into their notification performance and user engagement, allowing for more informed decision-making.

I share this feedback in the hope of seeing further enhancements to an already excellent application. Thank you for your continuous efforts in developing and improving OneSignal

What do you like best about the product?
Main advantage is the ability to interact across multiple channels—web, mobile, email, and SMS.
Also, the API is straightforward to integrate, and the free plan offers enough features that are perfect for small businesses like me. Additionally, the analytics and A/B testing tools is of great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main concern is to how to migrate subscribers when changing domain, seems not well thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a omnichannel messaging platform that supports push notifications!
Also the platform's ability to manage and automate messaging workflows reduces the manual and time consuming efforts.
