OneSignal is simple, reliable, and very effective for managing notifications. I like how easy it is to create, schedule, and track campaigns. Features like segmentation, automation, and analytics make it a powerful tool that truly improves user engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, OneSignal works really well, but sometimes advanced features feel a bit limited without upgrading. A few more customization options in the free plan would make it even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I run a motivation app, and OneSignal makes it super easy to send daily quotes and reminders to my users. Scheduling pushes in advance saves me a ton of time, and I’ve noticed users come back more often when they get a little push in the morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works fine, but a little more design customization for push notifications with visuals would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using OneSignal for a while now, and honestly the best part is how straightforward it is. Once you set it up, sending a push campaign takes just a few minutes. I like the dashboard too, it’s clean, fast, and doesn’t overwhelm you with options.

The free plan covers most of my needs, but I wish some of the advanced automation features were a bit more flexible without having to upgrade.

From the beginning, the support was very proactive and attentive, following all the steps for configuration and start of use.

So far, nothing. The only detail is for SMS, which, for very low volumes, needs to be contracted through Twilio.
