Tool that improves engagement
What do you like best about the product?
How little effort it takes after the initial setup. Creating campaigns, scheduling notifications, and checking results feels effortless

Some advanced options take time to fully understand, but once learned they’re very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reconnecting with inactive users was difficult. Now I can reach users effortless which has noticeably improved return visits and overall app activity.

Some minor glitches, but its generally easy to use, very intuitive .

Mainly collecting new subscribers and engaging with them

What do you like best about the product?
Sending notifications automated with selected time(for example i select mostly prime hours like 18:30 and system automatically send notifications in each countries local time at 18:30.). And segmentation of users feature is very good for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe giving permission from store accounts can be a downside, but it is ok i had no problem since i use onesignal from 2015. And for Unity Game Engine sometimes sdk plugin files has issue with other sdk's like firebase. But lately it is fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me onesignal is boosting my retention rates. And i check some analytics data with onesignal also while preparing notifications.
Well-written documentation and the use was easier in the code whether it was back or front.
