Easy, Set-and-Forget Backup That Delivers Audit-Ready Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
The setup was easy and straightforward, and the "set it and forget it" nature of the service has been flawless. It runs quietly in the background, sending the necessary alerts and reports that give us full visibility. For us, its greatest value isn't in daily use, but in the confidence of knowing that we are protected against accidental deletion, security threats, or retention policy gaps.
Also, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup addresses our audit and compliance requirements. Having a third-party backup of our cloud data satisfies internal and external governance checks. The ability to quickly produce proof of backups and demonstrate a sound disaster recovery plan is a huge win for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the rare occasion that we've needed to retrieve a single file or email, the restore interface can feel a bit complex for such a straightforward task. A more streamlined "quick restore" wizard for common, simple requests would be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft operates on a shared responsibility model, protecting the infrastructure, but not our data from accidental deletion, corruption, or malicious threats. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup solves this by providing a separate, independent backup of our Microsoft 365 data.
Also, meeting industry and internal requirements for data retention, legal hold, and recovery capabilities was a manual, stressful process before using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.
The primary benefit is peace of mind, while we're now also demonstrating due diligence for data protection. We can quickly provide auditors with proof of backup, retention policies, and recovery capabilities, saving significant time and resources.

Reliable and easy to deploy backup software
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable and easy to restore. I also like that you can restore even a single email when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I don’t like about it. All the features meet my needs and work the way I expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda helps protect my users’ mailboxes, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, I can rely on the backup to recover my data.
Reliable Backup with Room for Improvement

I like that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is easy to set up and the reports are good for keeping track of the backups.

The restore process sometimes can take long to populate what we are looking for, or the searching for what we need to restore is very slow.

I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for data retention policies and backup and recovery. It's easy to set up, and the reports are good to keep track of the backups.
Peace of Mind with Barracuda’s Automatic Backups
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that our data is automatically backed up and available whenever it’s needed gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t encountered any issues while using Barracuda. It’s easy to access and straightforward to use, and it has consistently met our district’s needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve had a few staff members accidentally delete important files and only realize it weeks later. Fortunately, we were able to quickly recover the lost files using Barracuda.
Simple Integration, But Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for its simplicity and ease of setup and integration. It requires less work for maintaining and configuring, which builds higher trust in the backup due to its simple integration. It saves me from the complexity of running backup software and using Microsoft's expensive and disorganized fragmented options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restore process is confusing and not as intuitive as I'd like. It's not as quick as I would prefer—though it's still decently quick. The menu for the entire Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup could be improved for intuitiveness. It can be confusing as it considers some things as Teams and others as SharePoint. Data is there and everything works, but more development should be done to improve it rather than just maintaining it.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup simplifies backing up our O365 tenant, reducing complexity and disorganization of fragmented options. It's easy to use, set up, and integrate, which means less work in maintenance and a higher trust in its functionality.
Reliable Backups, Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup retains data for a long time and usually finds what I'm looking for. I also appreciate that it offers separate backups for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange mailboxes, which are very helpful. It makes it easier to find what I am looking for because the data is organized by service, and the initial setup was fairly simple and didn't require much work on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface can be slow and not always very intuitive. It's sometimes hard to figure out where a single file will be restored to. It is hard to get down to the file level sometimes on the backups, and email folders as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for restoring deleted users' OneDrive files and mailboxes. It helps by organizing data by service, making it easier to find what I'm looking for with backups for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.
Easy, invisible cloud backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-to-Cloud Backup gives me an extra layer of peace of mind in knowing that our MS365 data is being backed up somewhere other than a Microsoft platform. It's very much set-it-and-forget-it for us - it just runs in the background, doing its thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any complaints with Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. We don't need it often, but when we do, it's a lifesaver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data loss is always a big concern, so having Cloud-to-Cloud Backup in place helps to mitigate some of that worry. Also, some of our software can be very volatile; it's nice having another layer to fall back on if something goes missing or gets corrupted.
Reliable Cloud-to-Cloud Backups Without On-Prem Hassle
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using barracuda cloud to cloud back up is not having to keep the backups on prem and are with a reliable company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have disliked so far with what we've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving multiple problems, including not having to host the backups with our own storage along with having a resource available to do this automatically.
Simple, Worry-Free Exchange & OneDrive Restores
What do you like best about the product?
One word - simple. Select the service - in my case we mostly use it for Exchange and OneDrive. I never have to worry about a user that unexpectedly leaves and deletes all their data. Just step back one or two days and do a full restore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloads - ie: restoring a mailbox or selected items to PST can be a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes the burden of all the management minutia. No servers to worry about.
Effortless Backup with Reliable Restore Points
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup and that it's very easy to set up and implement. The ability to restore anything with multiple restore points is critical for us. A couple of years ago, an incident affected many people's OneDrive, and Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup allowed us to seamlessly restore affected data quickly and accurately. We use it to back up our O365 environment, and it solves the problem of worrying and managing those backups effectively.

Nothing, really. It just works.

I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to manage and secure our O365 backups, eliminating worries about data loss. It's very easy to set up, and I appreciate its multiple restore points feature for quick and accurate data recovery.
