Reliable Backup with Easy Setup, Needs Improved File Retrieval
What do you like best about the product?
I think the easy setup for restoring an entire mailbox, OneDrive, Teams project, or SharePoint folder is quite convenient. The date range finder is also very helpful. With some quick hands-on experience, you can easily understand the restore mechanics, and even if restoring can be time-consuming depending on what you're restoring, at least you know that you will never lose your data. Even if your data is compromised, you can restore it through backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are trying to find a file that was deleted, the process is laborious and requires patience. You may need to plow through multiple dates in order to find the file and the correct version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup helps me restore missing files and backs up OneDrive/Email for terminated users. The easy setup and helpful date range finder streamline restoring, and I have peace of mind that data can be recovered even if compromised.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has removed the worry of managing an on-prem backup system, making the whole backup process feel much simpler and easier to maintain.
Simple Setup, Easy Management, and Unlimited Storage
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the setup. The ease of the storage and management. The unlimited storage. Integration and implementation are easy. Customer support is very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time to restore can be longer than some options. Less frequency of backups than some options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated file management to Teams and Sharepoint and now Barracuda Cloud-to-cloud backup is our primary file backup system.
Easy to Implement from Day One
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to implement. The management portal is easy to navigate and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit to populate some data. However, it wasn't long.

We needed another location to hold our backup. This was the perfect solution.
Effortless Backup Solution with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup really easy to set up and integrate with our current systems, which is a huge plus. It's really hands-off, so I don't have to worry about it during the day-to-day operations. It's peace of mind for our department, and that's really great. Even setting up a hardware appliance in our environment was simple and easy. Compared to unmanaged solutions we've tried in the past that required frequent attention, this managed solution is really great. Plus, getting support when we rarely need it is always great. It hasn't let us down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get some synchronization errors with the backups. It's rare, but when it happens, it's hard to tell if the backup was successful or if there was an issue with it. Even after getting the error message, it's a bit difficult to know if the backup was completed or if it affected the backup in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup moved our backup solution to the cloud, freeing up storage and reducing future costs for hardware refreshes. It's easy to set up, integrates smoothly with our systems, and provides peace of mind by being hands-off.
Effortless Backup Solution with Seamless Office 365 Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup works with minimal effort, which lets us set it up for all users and verify successful backups daily. It is easy to recover individual files, emails, or entire folder structures. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, done in just minutes. The biggest benefit is having backups of data from local devices like laptops and desktops, which were at risk before implementing Office 365 with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

I have no dislikes about this product. It has been working well for many years.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup ensures data backup from local devices and Office 365. It's easy to manage, allowing me to verify daily backups and recover files or entire structures effortlessly. When a recovery is necessary, it is easy to locate and quick to recover.
Effortless Backup with Exceptional Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup because its cloud portal is simple to use, and the backup process is very automated. I can easily tailor my settings and review reports for any issues. The portal is built nicely into the Barracuda Cloud Portal and it’s easy to navigate and very powerful. The initial setup has also been extremely easy.

I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to keep our Microsoft data safe with an additional backup source. The cloud portal is simple to use, and its automated backup process lets me tailor settings and review reports easily.
Set-It-and-Leave-It Backup with Confidence-Boosting Daily Confirmations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a true set-it-and-leave-it type of product. I get daily confirmation that everything is working, so I don’t have to think about it or worry—unless something goes wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the restore process can still feel a bit cumbersome, but the new interface has addressed a lot of those issues and made it smoother overall.

We are required to maintain back ups so it helps us with compliance.

I like the ease of use of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup; it has a very short learning curve. It's a 'set it and forget it' solution, which means I don't have to worry about it once it's set up. I know it's working and it's good to go. The initial setup was very easy as well.
