What do you like best about the product?
The daily reporting functionality provides quick, high level summaries that make our weekly scrums very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not identified anything that I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recovering a users OneDrive data is so much easier with this tool and using the native Admin Sharepoint interface that looks like it was created in the early 2000s. You really have to know your way around the legacy portal and Barracuda does a great job of making it a very quick and seamless process.

Effortless Backup for Microsoft 365

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to backup directly from the Microsoft cloud to Barracuda as it saved a lot of administrative effort for us and provided a solution that just worked. It is extremely useful when needing to backup emails and OneDrive files for separated employees. Grabbing PSTs and OneDrive files has been a huge help, and it's a straightforward, easy process in Barracuda compared to Microsoft Purview, which took a lot of touches and time. The initial setup was extremely simple, basically involving connecting Barracuda to our environment with just a few inputs and approvals. I've been extremely happy with our Barracuda products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of was an issue we had actually exporting a large PST from Barracuda to a computer in our environment. However, Barracuda Support came to the rescue and fixed the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup solved our backup failures by streamlining the process directly from the Microsoft cloud. It reduced administrative effort, making it easy to backup emails and OneDrive files, especially for separated employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency, portal, trust, and that is optimizes when to complete backups to reduce throttle at Microsoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Very easy to use and configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft's Shared Responsibility states they give you the system, but your data is your data. They do not backup so you must have a 3rd party backup. We have used this countless times.

Nothing so far. Experience has been great. Maybe being able to purge records older than a certain time period

What do you like best about the product?
We have used barracuda for our own cloud backups as an MSP and have moved many clients over to these backups as well

The Barracuda team communication could use some adjusting internally as it has had moments of confusion.

Ensuring that accurate backups are happening within our environment and clients environments as well

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to view older emails or emails from users who are no longer with the company. The search functionality is among the best I've seen when sifting through over a TB of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit slow to recover what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a way to view older emails that have been lost or deleted. I have used it on countless occasions to find what someone needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in the dashboard. Restores options. Best customer support. Integration with O365.

Better search options or filters. More visibility into the backup/restore

Restoring of Mailboxes and OneDrive data after the retention period.

What do you like best about the product?
Once Barracuda Cloud to Cloud is configured, it continues hands free and operates seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
The restore feature is awkward. However the back-up data is searchable and can be recovered easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands free operation. Basic monitoring is completed daily. Recovery testing is completed weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to allow trusted users to not get flagged and to retrieve emails that were flagged but are legitimate, it's also very accurate with the items it does filter. we are set to receive hourly notifications in the event of a filtered email. it was very simple to integrate with outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
the portal could be more user friendly but once you learn to use it, it works great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we no longer worry about our users opening suspisious emails since they are filtered.
