Big respect for the functionalities of barracuda cloud to cloud backup
What do you like best about the product?
It has intuitive interface which is easier to use and helps one to back up and restore data faster and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing wrong with the features of this tool they work magnifoently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to effectively backup our data and restore the data in case be to other cloud storage.

Barracuda - your backup partner
What do you like best about the product?
Backup is a key and hectic job in many conventional models and environments. Barracuda made lives easy by bringing this facility in on Prem and cloud to cloud.
As I m having working exp in both conventional and hybrid set ups, have come across various back issues with other giant competitor's in the market, which is not the case with Barracuda and the most crucial part is support, we never experienced any major issue or lake of response from them.
In this time ticking world everything is counted based on response and resolution time, which is impressydrom Barracuda.
So, I would strongly recommend and recommended my other counterparts to include this new architectures to have hassle free backup's done.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup a easy solution for Easy and Fast Collaborative Backup.
What do you like best about the product?
Like the fact that I can easily restore Microsoft 365 Data from any user. And the restore process is super fast.
Another good point is that I don't have to worry about any Data Retention limitations either. Easy to integrate.

Nothing to dislike in the product as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is the perfect fit for our clients as it's put them in control of of there Online Backup up needs.
The dashboards is super easy to understand so it means less calls to us. As the client can actually see and understand how there data is being backed up and restored.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple to use the solution is and the great technical services that barracuda provides. The user interface is very intuitive and operations are mostly touch-free. I can schedule hourly or daily backups for my most mission critical workloads to less frequent lower tier backups. Of course this is all great because the solution was easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I wish could be added around schedules of backups and storage costs for cloud endpoints but overall the solution is very viable. I also wish that it was easier to integrate into some of my enterprise tooling

I can back up all of my mission critical apps and workloads through a single unified interface that works with any application to any cloud endpoint is it

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is good to have to get the backups of your website servers, logs, docs, files, images etc.
It helps us to access the same from any where while proving extra data connection and security. There is proper data privacy as well, where you can expect with them witout any data loss
Customer support helps us all the way incase we need any help or to solve any queries. They come with the solution of all ticket raised

The product feature is excellent to use. It is way to navigate and use the tool service to backup all the data and use its service in a full extent. The timely product updates give it extra advantages with new technabilaities

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup solution offers a straight forward and esay to mange interface. Customer support is alo good and all the agents are knowlegable. It backup my Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had met and fulfilled all the expectations of our team and management. Did not find anything to be disliked as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was always a question in our management that although Office 365 and its applications are hosted in cloud but what about their backup. Even if everything is managed by Microsoft there were a lot of important sensitive data which belonged to the HR and Finance department that were hosted in SharePoint. Management wanted it to be backed up. Therefore we found Barracuda Backup solution and it very well took care of this thing.

Simple and easy integration for Microsoft 365.

The Pricing was higher than we had budgeted, and the resources were a little tricky to follow

Backing up our instance of MS 365. A common misconception about Cloud computing is that it's safe in the cloud, and you don't have to worry about losing data. But what happens when a user deletes something and doesn't realize it for a few weeks when they need it? That's where having another backup option comes in super handy.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing i love about Barracuda is that it is a complete cloud-to-cloud backup with fast backup and inbuilt compression and data de-duplication. it saves so much space on cloud storage and provides granular recovery the setup is very easy for M365 backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the backup runs slow but we know it has a Microsoft limitation at their end to avoid the throttling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the M365 data safe was a challenge and involved high cost to retail data for long-term and recovery. by using Barracuda, we helps customer to eliminate the manual intervention of backup and recovery and insuring the data compliance to keep data longer

trying to restore the data its complicated rather than normal restore O365 restore.

What do you like best about the product?
It does it's job and it does it's job well! Cloud O365 data backup set up was extremely easy. It was all set up in minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface can be a little too simplistic and can be a hinderance when need to find something specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Per compliance requirements, we needed to have a Cloud backup option and Barracuda was exactly the solution we needed! It also brings peace of mind as all email and productivity have been removed from prem which has taken control out of our hands. Barracuda brings that control back to us.
