Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup works great for us
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud to cloud functionality is great. We don't have to use any on premise resources for the backups to happen. It backs up Office365, Teams, and SharePoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to encounter any downsides to this product. Everytime we go to restore something, the restores are successful. It is a very easy product to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office 365 does not offer a built in backup of mailboxes. This product adds this missing functionality. It also backs up Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. It helps us protect so much data.

very good backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup and maintain. Was very happy with ease of use.

Havent found any downsides yet. Overall I have not expierences any issues for the past year

Finding an backup they can backup all our users without any issue and retoring would be quit easy
Flexible & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was incredibly simple to set up and get started. I have dealt with many on-prem solutions before and it is always a tedious process. This literally took minutes to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest dissapoint was my sales agent, which is strange. I wanted to purchase the product right away and it was like pulling teeth to try to get an invoice sent.

Barracuda Cloud to Cloud backup is backing up my Microsoft 365 tenant and protecting our data from accidental loss or ransomware.
Amazing so far
What do you like best about the product?
The piece of mind that comes with the service. i dont have to worry about losing emails, events, etc. The daily emails also make it easy and simple to monitor your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had zero issues and there is nothing i dislike about the service. I know the service is expensive but i believe it is worth the price. Everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making sure we have piece of mind when we close off the lights for the end of the night. There is alot of data that goes into our business and if we didnt have it backed up, it could lead to major problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows users to gain access to our system without jeopardizing the safety of our files & servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is not the software but the users. I give lessons after lessons, and they still end up with a problem. That is only because they don't have to do it all the time as i do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data protection if someone should gain access to our database by unauthorized entry. Better than that they are our watchdog 24 hours around the clock.

Les erreurs de rapport de sauvegarde ne sont pas toujours clairs, en meme temps c'est arrivé qu'une fois et le support de Barracuda a répondu à ma question

Celà a résolu mon besoin de sauvegarde autour de la solution M365 de Microsoft, facile à mettre en oeuvre, elle permet de pouvoir récupérer des documents détruits par mégarde

L'interface est très simple à appréhender et répond aux besoins de sécurisation de nos données Microsoft 365. La rétention illimitée est clairement un plus non négligeable

Je trouve que les rapports de sauvegarde manquent de détail lors d'avertissement ou d'erreur de sauvegarde, mais comme cela reste anecdotique il me suffit d'ouvrir un ticket auprès de leur support

Cloud features is the like best amazing
I like how easy it is to back thing up such as office 365 exchange, teams, and etc. Makes the process of transfer a lot easier for everyone and my teams! Haven't had the change to compare, besides using share drives.

regarding what did I dislike maybe will need some of AI features
Haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this product. I'd say so far it's working great for us and hopefully load speeds, and maybe more features or improvement of ease of use.

It was better to use cloud backups on barracuda backups. It's cloud switching was best for SAN.

The handbook & the training materials which are provided are too less as content.

Easy to use, connects seamlessly with Office 365, single pane of glass for backup/restore visibility

Features seem a bit limited, but overall headed in the right direction!

Protecting Office 365 data (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint) and ensuring that reliable, secure backups are in-place and available to restore data.

Lots of solutions on the market, try out various providers and evaluate them accordingly.
