Effortless Setup and Reliable Performance with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and set up and it just continues to work. Support has been great when we've needed it and it was easy to in corporate our Google Workspace in addition to VMware backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have anything at the moment like all software we wouldn't mind if it was cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our backups continue to grow we no longer need to purchase new hardware or storage to accommodate our backups.
Effortless Data Protection with Powerful, User-Friendly Cloud Management
What do you like best about the product?
What’s most helpful about the Druva Data Security Cloud is how it takes the hassle out of protecting data. Instead of juggling multiple backup systems or worrying about maintaining servers, everything is managed through a single, cloud-based platform. My team find it is simple to use yet very powerful. We can see all our data in one place, recover files quickly, and stay compliant without adding extra infrastructure or cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so much now, although when we had more of a hybrid Infrastructure, keeping on top of agent backups was an extra administrative task, although clearly necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing backups across multiple systems. In short, it gives peace of mind — our data stays secure, our operations stay running, and my team stays focused on more strategic work instead of managing backups.
Peace of Mind with Air Gapped Immutable Backups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that I now have an air gapped immutable backup, just in case the worst should happen.

The product has many screens and options and getting used to the functionality can take a while

Druva - Flexible, Available, Functional
What do you like best about the product?
Druva delivers a centralized portal that streamlines the management of our CoOp settings, enabling our team to approach disaster recovery tasks with greater ease and clarity. The platform’s comprehensive security controls for both administrative access and backup operations have bolstered our security measures, making our processes more efficient and lessening the burden of administrative tasks. In addition, the customer support has been exceptional—they are reliably available to provide assistance and ensure our configuration is well-suited to our operational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to using Druva. The model aligns well with our requirements; essentially configuring the jobs and letting the system operate as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced our need for on-prem equipment, license management, and hardware maintenance. It provides the freedom for us to continue our migration to cloud-based operations.
Effortless Cloud Backup with Reliable Restores
What do you like best about the product?
I find Druva Data Security Cloud to be a very easy cloud backup tool for endpoint backups. Its interface allows for effective monitoring and I particularly appreciate the e-discovery feature it offers. Setting it up was straightforward as the options to integrate with Azure AD using the SCIM option were easy to navigate. Additionally, creating and configuring backup profiles according to our requirements was detailed yet simple. The cloud-based nature of Druva Data Security Cloud ensures reliable backup of endpoints data over an open internet, which is highly beneficial. Its easy connectivity and monitoring capabilities, coupled with its reliability in restoring data, make it a highly dependable solution for us. The configuration of backup profiles that align closely with our needs further enhances its usability in our operations.

I find Druva Data Security Cloud easy for endpoint backups using open internet, providing effective monitoring, reliable data restoration, and seamless integration with Azure AD. The configuration of backup profiles meets our specific requirements, ensuring data security and accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity & Ease of Use: Druva is known for a clean dashboard, straightforward backup and restore processes, and easy implementation—even for non-experts. Its fully cloud-native architecture means there is no hardware to manage, reducing complexity and administrative overhead

Limited Reporting Customization: Users want more flexible and detailed reporting for compliance, audit, and advanced visibility. The built-in reports are sometimes seen as too basic or not customizable enough for complex organizational needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified Backup & Recovery: It centralizes backup for endpoints, SaaS apps, cloud workloads, and on-premises data, eliminating fragmentation across multiple tools.
Intuitive and Secure App with Quick Issue Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. I find that all of the data I have is secure and the app functions properly

The only real issue that I have is that there are times when the overall cloud platform is not available but the team fixes the outages quickly

The product has been in use with us since our on premise back up failed. Not having the only premise backup has reduced our overall foot print

What do you like best about the product?
Druva Data Security Cloud is simplicity and reliability in protecting and managing enterprise data across cloud, endpoint, and data center environments. The platform offers centralized visibility, automated backups, and fast restores, which significantly reduces operational complexity. Its scalability and strong compliance capabilities (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) give us confidence in meeting business and regulatory requirements. The combination of ease of use, robust security, and efficient cost management makes Druva stand out. Implementation is very easy and customer support is up to the mark.

There are no dislikes about Druva as everything works seamlessly.

Druva Data Security Cloud solves key challenges around data protection, compliance, and recovery for both endpoints and Microsoft 365 workloads. For endpoints, it ensures secure, automated backups across all devices without impacting user productivity, enabling quick restore in case of accidental deletion or device loss. For Microsoft 365, it protects critical collaboration data across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, addressing gaps in native recovery and retention. This ensures business continuity, compliance with regulations, and peace of mind by reducing data loss risks and improving operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva offers an impressive range of backup suites, both in terms of features and support. It truly is a superb product.
