Streamlines Sales Workflow, But Needs More Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Outreach is an easy tool to navigate. I can see all my prospects and tasks in one place and make dials while simultaneously writing emails to other prospects. I also enjoy how my I can access Salesforce accts when I'm making a dial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more capabilities for automation in Outreach like a traditional email marketing platform like Pardot or HubSpot. More automations to send different emails at different times depending on if they open my email or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is allowing me to connect with prospects via email and via dialing. It's an all in one platform that has gotten me more connections and meetings. If I didn't have Outreach I would be doing all of this work manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great platform and helping in blend automation with personalized communication to drive sales more efficiently and effectively. It's AI feature helping in prioritizing leads based on their chances to conversion, that directly means sales team can focus on the highest value opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my usage, it has provided the best result so nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we were spending our lot of time in manual tasks like tracking responses, sending follow-up emails, scheduling calls. Outreach has helped us in automating these repetitive tasks and allowed us to give more focus on high value activities like closing the deals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Outreach is how easy it makes it to organize and follow up with leads. You can build sequences, send personalized emails at scale, and see who opened or replied in real time. It keeps everything in one place, so you don’t have to guess what step comes next. It’s very helpful for staying consistent with outreach and improving response rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform takes a few seconds to load when switching between sequences or inboxes. Also, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more flexible. But overall, these are small issues compared to how much time it saves every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me automate and organize my daily sales and marketing communication. Before using it, I had to send follow-ups manually and track replies in spreadsheets. Now I can create sequences, send personalized messages automatically, and see engagement metrics in one place. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Outreach’s ease of use and the well-rounded feature set it offers. I love the ability to record all my calls with a bot that acts like a notetaker, providing me with helpful summaries. Setting it up was extremely easy and quick. These features help me to review my conversations with customers efficiently.

Nothing to dislike. It is easy to use and exactly what our sales team needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach brings structure and consistency to my day. The sequencing tools, task management, and CRM integrations make it easy to stay on top of follow-ups and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. I love how customizable the sequences are and how cleanly it syncs with Salesforce — it helps me work faster and more strategically instead of bouncing between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and reporting dashboards could be more intuitive — it sometimes takes a few extra clicks to surface the exact data I need. There’s also a bit of a learning curve for new users given the depth of functionality.

Outreach ensure we make structured outreach information or cadences, which is scheduled to be shared on Linkedin, emails or calls
Outreach offers a personalized scope with templates or snippets that assist us create valuable and relevant information
Outreach has exceptional dashboard functionality that helps in call activities, email replies and others
Outreach operates with AI programs, making most of conversations helpful and informative

Outreach has not yet configured email deliverability, which could help in spam filters
There is a lot of lag, when dealing with huge numbers of data sets and this often makes our systems crash or crumble
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach offers a consistent way of engaging and interacting with clients or partners, to ensure easy follow ups
We manage multiple outreach with our prospects, ensuring that we personalize our content effectively
The software gives our managers a view of what works for the company, more so on messages and if there are bottlenecks, some corrective measures are issued

Best tool for outreach as BDR

What do you like best about the product?
Our Business development and Sales team globally use Outreach. Literally every employee in those teams. It's a great tool in many aspects, and we use their functionalities widely and each day. We have it integrated with our CRM system, so it has all the data of our accounts and prospects we need. We then use Outreach for all of our multi channel sequences. This works as a perfect machine. We also use Outreach for calling our prospects (from our PC), which also works very well and provides you with a lot of settings to configure and fine tune. The emails are integrated with our email tool which allows us to track the activity. The dashboard and reporting functionality is also very detailed and easy to filter through or customize depending on what you'd like to see. Overall it's a great tool that each of us uses every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about this tool. The only thing is that for new team members it can take awhile to get familiar with all of the different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to sell our software and getting into contact with the right people at organizations that we go after is complicated and time consuming. What Outreach solves for us is by providing clear structure and a proven way of working. It's easy for new employees to get started with the tool and follow the processes. It's also nice to have all of the important features such as sequences, emailing (+tracking), calling and complete dashboards & reporting in one tool.
