Simple. Has everything I need. and it works

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its not all about bells and whistles and little integrations that some of the other vendors use as window dressing but doesnt really speak to the core product. I've used Outreach at several companies, and the best part about them is that the product works. Its easy to use, intuitive, and effective. If you have a ISR or SDR team, you need Outreach. Plain and simple.

Customer success is fantastic, and they will share their data with you about what sequences and templates are working today so you can maximize you ability to be successful with product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only detractor is reporting. I find that its not as intuitive as easy to navigate as I would like. They just updated their reporting and if anything its worse. its hard to present info the way you want, and often difficult the get the reports you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our primary tool for reaching out to prospects and tracking our prospecting activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The UI is simple and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
When calling through a sequence it does not break up the contacts by time zone which would be incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps our business communicate with our prospects and customer.

Great tool to use for metrics

  • February 19, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
From an admin perspective, outreach makes it easy to track which members on my team are currently engaged with outreach. It also allows me to create groups to easily manage users and their access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment regarding features. However, I think it could be helpful to have a brief training manual on how to navigate Outreach for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows us to find solutions to questions regarding the activity usage of users, roles/teams, percentage of replies (metrics to track how well each rep is engaging with their customers), as well as simple metrics such as days active on outreach and active vs.locked users.

Great tool to increase your sales reps productivity!

  • February 19, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use
The support
Increases productivity of sales reps
Let's us evaluate the effectiveness of outreach techniques
Day to day of sales reps is more organised
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce activity sync could be more advanced - it's currently syncing as tasks which doesn't let us to do a lot of analysis in Salesforce itself. However, Outreach has good reporting itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to streamline outreach activities. We also realised that Outreach gives our sales reps additional resource in the form of predefined email / touchpoint cadences which improves their onboarding as well as learning. We noticed that our reps are much more productive, touching more prospects and focusing their efforts on deal winning activities like calls and value adding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Seems to be the most advanced product on the market.

Outreach Works!

  • February 19, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is the tagging and task creating. Outreach also allows for boolean searches which are super useful when targeting specifics. Snippetts are awesome as well because they save a lot of time. I like the integration with -org as well. The add on makes it easy to add a prospect or account from any screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
One opportunity I see is that you don't have much functionality in creating tasks from your outbox. The other is I would like to see if you use a snippet ... that prospect would automatically be tagged
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and formalized outreach to prospective clients. The process is streamlined and the response time to systems issues is quick.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to weigh your options. I personally prefer over Salesloft for ease of use.

Robust tool great for our sales team

  • February 19, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great for email sequences, especially because it allows us to A/B test and look at the metrics of which messaging works best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backend can be pretty convoluted and non-intuitive. We've had issues getting things synced to Salesforce correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we use it for sales reps to automate email sends and auto-create call tasks. It's great because it allows reps to spend their time researching and talking to the right people, as opposed to manually managing their to-do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to sequence and stay on top of my email outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
SFDC integration is easy to setup, but requires a CSM to really set things up properly. Would love to be able to do everything on my own
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of my outbound, following-up, sending personalized messages to make the sales cycle more efficient

Outreach user

  • February 19, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Supporting our events from a demand gen perspective - having an easy, user friendly way to send bulk emails that appear as normal, natural emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
With product being geared at sales teams, requires a handful of workarounds to use for field marketers.

I also wish there was a more robust analytics tool for admins, something that could be exported easily and read more like a Salesforce dashboard and report. Additionally, I wish there was more thorough reporting for Outreach templates, the same way that sequences have a more robust reporting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Havnig a system for "personalized" invitations to events, rather than using Marketo (those appear as marketing emails, creative w/ graphics, lower open rates, etc.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In addition to being a good sales tool, it's great for marketers with roles that are external facing - particularly field marketing teams. It'll integrate emails from field marketers into the Salesforce account, allows for bulk invites to be sent (appear as normal, natural emails), you can add attachments into the emails and so much more. We've also used it to send emails from senior level marketers for more niche emails or campaigns

Outreach is a great tool for both sales and marketing

  • February 19, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Outreach is how much freedom you have to make adjustments to sequences. You can use tokens to allow for more 'personalized' automation. You can adjust send times per sequence that also fall into organization wide send blocks to make sure emails are being delivered at good times. The integration they have with SFDC allows for easy tracking and report building.

The Outreach Everywhere extension allows SDRs to be more efficient with their research and emailing from anywhere they are on the web and entering records into our CRM without needing to leave the page they are on through the extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reporting and analytics functionality is still pretty underwhelming. You can see basic information like Open Rates, Click Rates, and Response Rates in an easy to view format, but if you want depth beyond that, it's rough without some Excel skills and even impossible for some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDRs at our organization are able to send and track emails to prospects at scale with ease and marketing has the ability to create targeted campaigns using Outreach sequences for the SDRs to work - saving research and campaign setup time on their end and allowing for better alignment between marketing & sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the all-in solution for sales enablement. If you want a tool that has functionality supporting emailing, dialing, meeting scheduling, and more, Outreach is the tool for you. Outreach can do pretty much everything for sales enablement and pricing reflects that. If you are only looking for an email tool, there are cheaper alternatives, but you should still give Outreach a look.
