Outreach Review

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with gmail is fantastic/Outreach everywhere is a very useful tool to streamline day-to-day processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach Everywhere tends to be a glitchy tool that often shuts down/is not responsive. It is getting better though! I use google chrome web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing companies/prospects to inform them about our solution -- allows me to have a systematic approach to my daily "outreach"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used Yesware in the past & Outreach seems a bit more intuitive. If deciding between the two I'd say go outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool for keeping on top of email sequences. It has a LOT of features and a great integration with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the amount of features that Outreach has can make it feel clunky and hard to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps sales people keep on top of proper email and outreach cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the UI more obvious and put labels on the tabs so we don't have to hover over to see if it's tasks, sequences, templates, etc.

Outreach is powerful tool if used the right way

What do you like best about the product?
There are a plethora of options when it comes to customizing how you use the software. It helps keeps foollow up dicipline. Great for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should add an ability where you can send e-mails from different e-mails alias without the need to set up another account. The ability to chnge the time that e-mals are sent out to a company at one time so everyone at the company does not get an e-mail at the sametime and tigger spam filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A tool that sits between the CRM and outbound prospecting to help keep everything in line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use it as a tool to spam people. The tools if used correctly can be very valuable. If you spam you risk prospects getting mad at your.

A great Sales Engagement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The UI on the tool is really great. This makes using the tool an easy seamless process and is very straightforward and easy to use. The ability to have a view on what you need to do for the day and upcoming is great and allows for you to work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their dialer is iffy we have had periods of time where the dialer has gone down and and we need to contact support to get it back up. This wouldn't be an issue if it happened once, but it happens every so often which can hinder the ability to dial out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better manage or engagement, tracking, touches, and communication with potential prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use
Flexibility to balance automation with personalized messaging
Huge time saver
Effective for A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, special offers, etc.
Great leadership (I.e. Manny the CEO) who is focused on keeping up with trends and customer feedback
We've had great support and ongoing training on team calls.
They have some SFDC integration capabilities which are valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see continued development of the calling functionality and call recording. For example there is no key word searching in the recorded calls and they could add call evaluations for managers to use it as a feedback tool. Outreach could develop more into a sales automation and analytics platform in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of messaging to a wide range of inbound and outbound leads. We've been able to reach and engage with far more people than we would have with writing emails manually. Most reps give up too early on leads and Outreach helps solve that problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a policy/guidelines for how much content you want your reps to develop vs. leveraging what may be available from Marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
A good way to reach out to a large number of targeted clients. While you can gauge interest by inserting links into the messaging. The calendar enables easy scheduling for meeting with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
analytics are not very strong. I want to know if my replies are positive or negative. I also am not sure how accurate the open rate is because I will get a notification to call a prospect when I have reviewed my sent emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Enablement Outreach enable us to reach a larger pool of prospects with the same size workforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
provide a way to restrict what Tag can be used by the admin. Tie contact imports to licensed users. When they don't show up make them unassigned and have a way to filter that

Great automation tool if you are not using any software yet

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining the email and phone automation to set reminders and build sequences on how frequently to follow up with leads. Integration with other softwards that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing issues between Outreach/Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively reaching out to people in the cadences you think are best for that particular prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it if you are not using any other automation software yet! It does look like Salesforce is implementing a native equivalent though so that is worth looking into.

Streamline your prospecting process

What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce as our CRM and there are no two ways around it, Salesforce is a clunky and slow. Outreach.io provides an easy to use solution were you can quickly call, email, and record without having to deal with the slow and cumbersome Salesforce. I should also mention that Outreach.io has an open api allowing it to update your Salesforce records automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Outreach.io updates all your information inside Salesforce, it's kinda limited in what information it can pass over. This may be an "we don't have time to set it up" issue on our side but it seems like its a tad limited on the information it pulls over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly emailing, calling, and tracking potential prospects. With the built in sequence tool as well as how they track your daily tasks, I am able to 2x the outbound efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of great emailing/calling/prospecting tools out there, Outreach.io checked off all of our needs. 1.) Salesforce Integration 2.) Quickly call/email/take notes. 3.) Email Sequence capabilities.

A great way to keep track of follow up

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is likely the best tool for working a book of business. Outreach makes it incredibly easy for me to send out emails and follow ups and to keep track of who I have and have not heard from. Creating sequences and templates is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my biggest issue with Outreach is that way that in integrates (or sometimes doesn't) with other internet tools. There are several extensions that I have had to uninstall from Google Chrome to get my Outreach to work. I also got very attached to the Outreach calendar integration with Google Calendar and now it doesn't sync properly with my Gmail and I had to say goodbye to that convenience. I have basically just settled for using it for outreaches only and that works for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes it where I don't have to remember to follow up with someone who has been unresponsive and that saves me a great deal of time.
