What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, seamless navigation, love follow up tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can be quite difficult to recognize differences between call/email tasks under contacts/accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for marketing automation, follow up reminders and sequences
Couldn't imagine sales without it
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Outreach's range of use cases. It's a versatile solution that you could use for as little or as much of your sales process as possible. The entire SDR workflow could run within the Outreach platform. Reporting and analytics on top of email automation makes it possible to continuously improve your campaigns. I also love that it syncs to Salesforce and now LinkedIn. It's a powerful tool that has changed the game for me and so many sales teams I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach setup and its learning curve can be tough. I've been using it for years so my experience was different than what's available today. But I've heard from others who are new to the platform, that implementation is a bit difficult to grasp. Outreach does have an awesome self-taught program with links and how to's if you have time to navigate through it yourself. They also offer a one-on-one implementation for an additional cost if you want hands on help to get everything started. I could see how overwhelming it could be to really get the full use of the platform as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation. Personalization at scale. Easy workflows. Great data and reporting that gives us power to make changes according to what's actually driving results.
outreach has been a great tool for email and scheduling organization
What do you like best about the product?
tied google calendar invites so I don't have to double check my calendar each time I make an invite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm locked out of my account. I still use it through the link but need it reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-touch emailing and keeping myself in line.
My experience has been good, helps me be more efficient. Outreach has a few glitches here and there.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the 360 degree view. Helps me make calls faster and work on other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitches. Sometimes outreach doesn't log all my calls to SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to work faster and smarter. I don't have to have multiple tabs open.
Automation automation
What do you like best about the product?
automation through sequence function, AB testing, bulk send!
What do you dislike about the product?
salesforce merge is not 100% perfect yet, it always updates the page, you need to refresh (very annoying).

Great product, better people, amazing results
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, innovation, and scale that I can now operate are my favorite aspects of Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I only have the option to upload CSVs into the product. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to import directly from Sales Navigator or DiscoverOrg as I am prospecting contacts and Accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach provided me with a platform to massively scale my outbound Pipeline Generation efforts as a BDR. This lead to over 200+ Meetings Booked, 13 New Logos and $15M in sourced revenue for my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to massively scale your Sales Teams ability to increase your meetings, pipeline and revenue, Outreach is the way to go.
The way I get more meetings with Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking / task feature that Outreach provides. In my role as an Inside Sales rep, my sole responsibility is to get meetings for my senior reps. To do this I need to have different messaging going to different people within different time frames. I need to know when to call a High priority prospect vs. a lower one. Outreach helps me keep track of the people I need to call/email/ LinkedIn in order for me to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality in Outreach is not the best. You have to be EXACT when searching within Outreach to find a prospect, sequence, etc. which can cost me time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem in my role is to make sure I'm achieving enough activity during the day/week/month in order to hit my quota. Outreach helps me do this by providing key visibility into those prospects that are clicking/engaging with my messaging. It's a great way to get insight into who's interested and needs a call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is THE tool to use for sales development roles. You can create your own campaigns that can be easily created and modified to fit the role/title of any prospects at any account within any industry.
The level of control is awesome as you can start/stop campaigns at any time. They have GREAT support that has only been improving in the 2+ years I've been using Outreach.

Outreach Keeps Me Honest
What do you like best about the product?
I like that outreach is tightly integrated into salesforce, and i can use the plugins in outlook or through chrome to reach out to leads and keep track of my activity. i like that i can see when prospects open emails and i get notifications when they read or reply to emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to automatically advance leads in sequences that do not have phone numbers listed. this causes a lot of congestion in the tasks and i would have to create an additional sequence if i wanted this to be done effectively. The call disposition logging is clunky sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking my activity, and it benefits me by keeping my outreach to potential customers timely
Recommendations to others considering the product:
slight learning curve, but it is beneficial
Outreach Lover
What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach allows me to send from over 80 mailboxes. Outreach is the first CRM I have used (never used salesforce, mailchimp, or anything else to send emails) so I'm not sure how they differ from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that outreach has a lot of bugs including one that will allow us to email someone again after they have already replied. We have also lost clients because outreach will email prospects that are on our DNE list - which is a HUGE problem. We have even emailed our own clients because of this bug.
Also, keeping open and click tracking on really messes with your deliverability. If you include an unsubscribe link and have your open tracking on, while sending a high volume of emails, your email is likely to go to spam (in our case).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to schedule b2b sales meetings for my company. Using outreach has helped us triple the amount of meetings we were previously scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this product to others. However, I'm not sure how much it differs from Salesforce. The real benefit here is implementing SEATS and the ability to email from over 80 different mailboxes, which improves your deliverability.
