Good platform and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?

Managing and organizing all of my outbound tasks which can easily be overwhelming if you don't have a good system to help you

I like Outreach's user-friendliness and automation. It's a time-saver, making personalized communication a breeze. The analytics and team collaboration features are game-changers. Excellent customer support seals the deal

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the problem of inefficient and manual sales outreach. It benefits me by automating tasks, improving personalization, providing analytics, and enhancing team collaboration, ultimately boosting sales efficiency and success.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Outreach is the ease of use. It's very user friendly and has great integrations with SFDC which is huge for my team. In the few cases where I've needed it, the support has been quick and super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see change is the file size max for attached files (pictures, PDFs, gifs) within automated and non automated email sequences. Also, for non automated email sequences you need to make the window larger for users to be able to personalize and edit the emails from the sequence before sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is having one place for SDRs to go to do all of their prospecting efforst for their outbound motion. Rather than having to call/email out of our CRM, we use Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the capabilities of the system. The many different things you can do with the platform are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training for smaller organizations are a bit tough to come by and don't seem to be extremely effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a major problem that most sales orgs have, that is staying organized and connecting with the right prospects at the right time!

It helps to keep track of your prospects, to have all your contact attemps in one place, authomatic sequences and snippets save you a lot of time.

The snippets save me a lot of time daily, also the task manager helps to know when to contact a prospect again.

Use Outreach everyday as an ADR, enjoy the updated features helping make calls and emails easily.
What do you like best about the product?
Bulk sending emails very easily and being able to find other templates from colleagues to use in your own campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bounce back emails after a bulk send of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of being able to track who opened my emails and when I have called people last. I am more productive being able to quantify the amount of emails and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes the sales enablement prospect extremely streamlined and organized. I work with sales reps that are just beginning their careers and it is extremely helpful for them getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
This year, Outreach switched their account support from specific support personal per account and to a round robin style of support. This makes receving support much more complicated. I miss the rep that we used to work with as they knew our company style and were always on call to assist us with company specific issues.
We also recently switched from Gmail to Outlook and are having extensive serious issues with the Outlook add in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach automates and organizes our prospect outreach process. Sequences and templates are a huge part of our everday sales process. Outreach is also great for booking meetings and following up with prospects automatically. We also use Outreach to understand which of our sequence schedules and templates are most effective in generating responses and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility when it comes to arranging a sequence, associated content, and making it a tool that can work several ways depending upon a rep's role & use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to Dynamics doesn't appear to be their normal CRM connection so some of the configuration, onboarding, and initial sequence building could've been a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating automatic follow-up for reps in high volume contact roles makes conversations less likely to slip through cracks. Reporting functionality provides insights into what's working (and what isn't).

I like that in Outreach, it is very easy to see any and every sequence or email that a given prospect has recieved over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is not a simple way to have specific reports uploaded and saved within Outreach, for example, I support multiple reps, it would be nice to be able to load a complete list of each of their accounts to Outreach and view that report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the problem of having to individually type out email per each account, and allowing for pre-made personalization. This is especially nice when adding a handful of contacts to a sequence and being able edit the steps for those specific contacts in one go.
