Efficient and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach is user-friendly and has good tracking measures for seeing if clients are reading your e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that sequences are not automatically sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to reach clients who are not good at responding and being able to see if they opened the e-mail. This way I know if I should bother continuing the relationship or if it is a dead e-mail or not interested client,

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use, track my out put, tracking my prospects engagement, notifications are also great. Adding the LinkedIn integration is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a better or more accurate account engagement tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach to accounts. Organizing my day with an application like outreach helps me prioritize and stay on task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes if you are in the market for one of these solutions Outreach does it all.

What do you like best about the product?
UI friendly, robust set of features. Ease of template creation and reusability is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finicky. Sometimes, the plugins are unstable. Every now and then, the plug-in disappears from Gmail and it looks like outreach was never there. Templates are either viewable by all or nobody. I'd really like segmentation as there are different groups using the outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into how people engage with my emails, email template reusability across team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for the SDR power user. Good for the AE/Channel user.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to view who has seen or clicked on my emails in real time. Other benefits include tailoring messages within sequences based on the title of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the users are limited to a certain number of emails per week and day. It limits your capacity to automate your email campaigns. We aren't able to edit campaigns if there are active prospects. Should be able to edit the messaging on the fly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach many people in a targeted messaging campaign. The benefits are automating a process that could be time consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many emails you need your team to send each day or week. Outreach will limit the number to 2k a day or 5k a week.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks, 360 View (when it works), going through tasks, account and prospect notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account notes don’t load, and can’t be added.
Individual prospects aren’t showing up in the account notes field, that I know should be there. For example, Adel Bekheit at SC Johnson.

Slow, lag.
Note taking during phone calls, dialing numbers and extensions, trying to hang up, clicking any button at all has a huge lag. This has been the case for 8 months +.

Can’t bulk compete or finish prospects from tasks or sequences. Can’t even do this one at a time from Task View.

Put Lead Source in the Prospect Profile

Marking a prospect “Finished” shouldn’t kick them out of the queue, to where you have to go hunt them down to get more info or provide more notes.

Still some confusion on ending a prospect in one sequence and move them to another sequence.

When closing out the little black task view tab on the right, why does the screen have to automatically revert back to the 360 View?

Stop Automatic Advance:
Stop auto-advancing to the next task. It just makes everything more complicated/confusing.

Search for prospects with multiple tags (and/or)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of prospects, following up with them. Viewing who I have spoken to, etc. Listing accounts and prospects in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best prospecting tool out there, but I wish it was better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the platform is and easy to understand layout. The support staff is quick and helps a ton. So nice to track all your emails in terms of views
What do you dislike about the product?
They do update alot of times and change the layout but other than that its been so much easier to use than other crm. If they didnt update it so often iut would be perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to keep tract of current and potential customers.I love that you can see how many times the prospect has viewed the email.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a fantastic way to stay organized and make sure I am prospecting as thoroughly as possible. I love how it is highly customizable--I am on the team that creates sequences for our org, and we have the ability to test lots of different methods. In my own personal prospecting and organization, I use SmartViews and tags every day to make sure I target the right people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with connectivity on the phone, and sometimes aspects of the screen appear blurry. I also can't stand how you can only see 20 tasks at a time in the 360 view now. But Outreach is very responsive and proactive about making the changes that need to be made!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving issues with organization and productivity. Without the platform, it would be so hard to manage how many touches certain prospects have had and which prospects I wanted to focus on proactively, just engage, etc. It is also very user-friendly and I love it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all the functionality! (specifically tags and smartviews)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize tasks by sequence and the ability to adjust when they should be completed so nothing slips through the cracks
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often I have technical difficulties such as failed calls and calls not hanging up and having to refresh the entire program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage a large book of business while maintaining organization, writing notes, and effectively reaching out to potential clients. Having call notes directly in the program saves time and allows me to be specific in my follow ups

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I can create a sequence and manage my interactions through Outreach. This frees up time for me for other tasks. I enjoy that I can set up a/b tests to see what is most effective and share them with the team. This has helped my open rates increase dramatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times there are multiple contacts in the system that make it messy. That may be on us and we may need to clean that up ourselves. I have sent some sequences out where some fields seems to be populating with the wrong information. Some of the field selections are hard to understand, especially if they are conditional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to thousands of people without having to go one by one. Efficient, time saver. This makes my job easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure to have everyone on board and have user meetings regularly. It has helped our team know how to use the different component and kept us aware of best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about using Outreach is the visibility into the open rate and tracking the responses. I find it really helpful to see how many times a prospect has reviewed each email, and follow the timeline for which they did. I also like seeing this break down in my task view to prioritize outreach based on prospect engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure there's anything I really dislike. Sometimes it requires more clicks than I'd like to reassign tasks or to make changes to sequences. Other times sequences end up on a schedule that I didn't intend for them to and my outreach is delayed. Likely user error though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to do mass outreach via sequences to gauge interest of prospects and then do more specific, targeted follow up with those who engaged with my email.
