Pretty useful, a bit difficult to find yourself
What do you like best about the product?
The email templates that are integrated with Gmail. They save a lot of time and being in a big company and sharing those within teams is super helpful - so we all have an unified communication and also feed from other styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences can take some time to get used to . -how to best set them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency - repetitive work can be substantially cut down by using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the automation for a sales process. Ultimately just makes my life much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
the integration of accounts and prospects - wish there was a better way to manage reaching out to just an account say to find the right prospect. This relates to the task workflow for accounts, wish there was a way to log a call directly under and account and be able to view it later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the appropriate contact at an organization for the sales process, in which through a campaign I can see who is interested in an email and what contents. staying in touch and on their radar even if I'm not thinking of doing so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all team members stay up to date and are educated on new functionalities of the tool
Outreach works. I really can't recall a time when it isn't working when I need it.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sidebar (whatever you call it) I like how quick it updates and keeps up with all the different tabs I click on in SFDC
I use the tagging system to help organize my tasks into smart views and it really helps me know when to call into certain regions throughout the day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have more sorting capabilities. When I am in my smart views I would like to be able to sort by priority those in my views that have viewed my emails. I know from the home page I can set that as a priority but it doesn't help me when I'm trying to call into EMEA contacts only before their workday ends.
Also, I have always been curious as to why you have invested in developing an app. I know part of the main idea of your function is to integrate with things like SFDC, but I have found times when I just need to make a couple calls or even just snooze or push some tasks and I'm not at my computer.

Helps our ADM team organize and sequence our massive amounts of leads (MQC's) that come in on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
Its great that you can put contacts into a sequence which generates tasks for you to complete and enables you to organise your day as well as making sure that your pipeline doesn't get forgotten. You can also see who has read your emails and how many which gives a rating of how interested a company is the ideas or products you are putting forward and you can then make it a priority to speak with them. Following this it also generates a high priority task when interest reaches a certain level (4 reads etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time consuming to set up and it would be good to have something that can test the email address before you send so that you don't receive as many bounced emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can contact a larger number of people in a small amount of time and set up pipeline to nurture itself in the background.

Lots of customization options as an administrator to optimize the usage of the platform. They are continuously adding new features and have a great user community

The search function is very annoying to use (you have to have exact match of keywords) and the activity tracker is not great.

Generating pipeline and automating the outbounding workflow.
Good platform with most essential features
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a good solid outbound email platform that's easy to setup, use and keep running in the background. Reasonably intuitive and once set up it keep automatically running as desired. We've run sequences lasting 10+ weeks and it has worked well. Tasks for click calls etc are also available.

-The non-ability to send formated (rich text/html) emails from outreach
-Not being able to select half of all prospects and instead having to click forwards through pages

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach matches my team's outbound workflow in terms of 1) automating email sequences with open rates and locations, and 2) opening up visibility between individuals to see what's working - and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Little email customization, and often the result is weird text sizing and spacing.
- Insights could be deeper, and produce more comparative between different email sequences.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to scale our outbound email reach by X amount - sending 1000's of emails per week to 100's of accounts from only 4 individuals. This is crucial in our early stages when our team is running lean, and will certainly be useful when we scale up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend evaluating your current workflow (how manual is it?) and the volume of prospects you're trying to reach (is your goal far from reach?). Outreach is good for speeding up the pace of your work, and tracking everything you do.

I dislike that sometimes there is some hiccups that can ruin my techniques.

It helps my business accelerate sales outreach and write hyper personalized sequences.

I like the fact that I get to automate a lot of my manual processes, and essentially market myself with ease.

The program can be tough to adopt by certain members of staff on the team, I think it would be valuable to provide more training for the staff.

Stop wasting energy on tracking tasks and follow up
What do you like best about the product?
I can now focus my efforts on high priority tasks such as sourcing new prospects, work outside of my sales role and following up with key leads. The tool saves me hours every day of automated outreach and follow up activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce could be better. For example, I am unable to directly create a Salesforce campaign from a Sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus on specific areas of my sales work and let the tool handle follow up and automated outreach that was taking up most of my time.
