Good tool for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize sequences, A/B test subject lines, track views, and integrate with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting can get a little wonky when adding screenshots, but the review capabilities usually help catch it before it goes out to prospects/customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Prospecting at a large scale
2. Getting the company name out
3. Understanding what messaging is resonating, so you can make changes quickly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool to integrate into your daily sales motion - e.g. pipeline generation

Great experience for outreach to prospects!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of uploading contacts and organizations to send bulk emails out. Additionally, the sequences are very easy to create and view the reporting of the prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different places where information is stored and a lot of manual labor has to be done with the information. Also, I don't like that when you click into something it takes you into something else and then when you go back (when you upload the lists) it then doesn't take you where back to where you started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration into a lot of different things..the salesforce integration is fairly new and there are a lot of kinks.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is pretty user friendly and the Outreach tutorials are a great assist for any questions along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no overview schematic to visibly see your contact engagement. Sort of like a heat map, users should be able to view their sequences on a calendar/timeline, across multiple or individual sequences, all throughout the outreach campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant contact with leads

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and provides endless options to effectively communicate with potential prospects and customers. The email cadences, task views, and prospect options are second to none compared to any other softwares on the market. I absolutely love how much simpler/more efficient my day-to-day work is with Outreach!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more options/compatibility with Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach to communicate with potential prospects/potential customers. We have realized a huge increase in efficiency and net new business generated due to Outreach.

Duplicate your team with Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows your team to duplicate themselves and capitalize on operational efficiencies. Great for companies in the middle of scaling and those who need better insight into current operations. I like the automation and seamless integration into our current platforms that Outreach provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see Outreach to continue to build upon it's current industry integrations and partnerships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never miss a follow up, call, or meeting again. Outreach has allowed us better insight into our operations. Allowed us to capitalize on our success and re-work areas that have been troublesome. We are able to better connect with and interact with customers & prospects. Outreach allows us to focus our time on prospects that are engaged and ready to do business.

Outreach couldn't be more necessary

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to keep track of all of my prospects and make sure nobody slips through the cracks. Because of its robust insight capabilities, I can see who is opening my emails, and who is clicking the links I have sent. It proves to be very useful to me every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn and it is very robust. Because of that, it's easy to get lost in it and feel overwhelmed. However, the capabilities that come with it outweigh the usability issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not having enough visibility and volume of our prospecting process. Outreach allows us to have greater visibility into our process and lets us send out much more volume regarding emails and calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pull the trigger. Just do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the behind the scenes work, and integrations with Salesforce. I know we are still learning the ropes, but excited to use Outreach to the full extent when we have the bandwidth in house.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the incoming calls are not recorded. Its frustrating for training purposes. I wish outreach would recognize the overall account and associated prospects within, so there are not multiple sequences to many contacts going out at once. It can get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More touches in a time saving way. Helps keep me focused and on task. Makes my to do lists easier to get through.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with the software. It has a simple layout that makes it easy to move quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any dislikes at this time besides that fact that I would love a way to have an auto-dial feature to rapid call tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for Outbound calling and outbound Email communication. The notifications on the email cadences is very helpful to know which prospects to focus time on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool that works without any bugs and accurate reporting functionality!

Too much customization may be overwhelming for beginner users

All of our sales automation for both new business and existing business teams are run through Outreach
