What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, tons of functionality related to email sequences, snippets, templates, the ability to see LinkedIn and relevant social media post within accounts. Reminder sequences to tickle my prospects is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar booking tool could be a little easier to use. Toggling between gmail & creating an invite could be a little more streamline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I am actively working through my pipeline and touch my prospects with relevant content in a systematic way.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and helps you prioritize your day. Especially from an SDR function
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting and visibility were easier to use, understand. Also, it's text based only, not HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to market. Reduction of redundant tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate around the platform and add prospects to campaigns. Tasks are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate with Ring DNA very well, but I think our company is getting off Ring DNA and moving to Outreach to call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been booking more meetings and making more money with such an easy interface

I recommend using Outreach if your company along with Salesforce!
Really useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to sequence and track prospects by completing a list of "tasks". It makes it easy to call 100 people in a row in a few hours. I also can't imagine working as a market development representative without it. It's really easy to track what you've done in a day, especially with dashboard integrations with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one main glitch I've encountered--sometimes when you press "play" on list of tasks it doesn't work. It also could be more intuitive, but since it's a very robust tool it's fair that simplicity of use isn't one of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team stay on track and reach out to as many prospects as possible. It helps my team stay focused and automatically sends emails to people who we're targeting. Our team would probably be half as productive without it.

I recommend it, period.
Great Way To Generate Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can create custom campaigns and have a task automatically generate when someone clicks on one of links in your message. This lets me know what they were watching and what to talk about when I call them on a follow up call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to get back to the previous screen you were one. I wish there was a tab to view the tasks within a specific sequence. If I click on a task and look at that contact, then I have to go back to the beginning again to get back to the other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More leads. I have closed a lot of deals from my Outreach campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
The task management and bulk emailing, I can't imagine a marketing service that top that. The system is very easy to navigate and achieve whatever I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a few bugs. I really dislike that I cannot view some pages and reports. The lack of customization on reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved developing a daily call and task list efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It could automatically prevent us sending emails to people who has been recently touched by other team members, which could cause confusion and unsatisfiction from clients. Most importantly, it saved me a lot of time to send emails automatically to hundreds of prospects in a few minutes and helped to track their status, if they opened the email or replied to it, from there I can take a more precise action to improve the meeting conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can't set the right stage for those who had told us to remove them from the mailing list or had booked the meeting with us, we have to manually change that. Sometimes it's easy to contact the people again who have told us not to send them emails again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send emails to a large group of targeted people without any pain

What do you like best about the product?
The sharing of templates is very easy. Building and cloning templates and sequences are user-friendly. I like the tagging aspect for templates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to set time zones for prospects in the system so emails will go out appropriately based on whatever time zone they are in.
I would like an easier thread style to view the emails between a prospect and myself.
I would like the ability to see what another co-worker has sent via email in the past to a prospect inside of outreach.
Linkedin integration would be nice too!
An easier way to see how many prospects you are contacting from a single company would be nice also.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to outbound to more prospects a day using Outreach. Because we can cast a wider net in a month period than before we are able to conduct more demos in a month leading to more sales.

Their product support is extremely helpful and responds fast. They keep improving the product and making innovations that the community really wants.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize email blasts, add as few or as many sequences as I want. It's fast and easy to use, and it takes a lot of work off my hands. Setting up a sequence is super simple. My company creates sequences for us to use, and I really appreciate that I can go in and make a copy of that sequence and then change it to be what I want it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I had a way to have sequences stop to every person at a domain. For example, if I send an outreach to 3 people at a company, if one of them responds, I'd love for the sequences to the other 2 to automatically stop.

Fantastic platform for enabling sales development
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach was amazing for task based outbound. Outreach allows you to set up tasks for account based outbound and then complete them depending on what type of cadence you build. I really loved the Linkedin integration, making it very easy to utilize the sales navigator functionality. Because outreach has a dashboard with daily tasks to complete, it easily gives you can idea of what needs to be done to hit daily and weekly metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support was typically pretty slow and it always took a while to figure out the problem. Also the platform seemed to suffer from performance issues at times, slowing down to a crawl and making it tough to use on several occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task based outbound is easy in outreach, and after using both Salesloft and outreach, it is much easier to use Outreach. However both platforms are equally effective so it can come down to personal preference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you learn how to effectively use the tool. There is so much more than just the email functionality. The Linkedin feature is second to none.
