Great way to reach and track touches on leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track the information from one call to follow up in the future and pick up where the conversation left off
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to better track if an email was delivered without it being opened and also if there was a spam reviewer to advise if an email looks like spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have transparency into touches on prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to send a large amount of emails automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to sort my prospects by their respective roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep my prospecting organized. The issue before was that I was prospecting into so many people that it was difficult to keep them together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is absolutely the best prospecting tool on the market. I know other sales organizations using other tools and they simply do not stack up.
Great Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great for streamlining sales cycle and drip campaigns for prospects. I love how it integrates with Salesforce and makes logging and keeping track of needed information. I would also like to say that prospect profiles are very nicely laid out and all information, even some items I would not think of, are readily available which makes you that much more effective when reaching out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that i dislike... It works great with my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not letting things slip through the cracks with regards to drip campaigns and timely contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach has more outages than it should also I use Grammarly to check my emails and grammarly doesn't work well in the email writing and it can be quite frustrating. There isn't anything that would keep me from implementing Outreach at another company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have multiple touches with prospects and send out scheduled emails.

Outreach is great and does a fantastic job.

UI is a little tough, only because there are so many features and functions it's hard to navigate all the great options.

Managing about 1,000 customers, regular and relevant contact.

Focus on your specific use case, try not to boil the ocean all at once. There are many levels of great functionality.
Outreach is a solid product
What do you like best about the product?
This solution creates a ton of efficiency in our sales process, as we're able to intelligently automate our outbound prospecting. Having a tool like Outreach or Zenprospect is essential to our ability to hit our sales targets. I've used both products, and while they each out-perform in certain areas, I can confidently recommend either to teams doing outbound sales. One area where outreach has the edge is it's ability to integrate into your calendar and schedule meetings. As of early to mid 2018, Zenprospect had not yet offered that.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not on an enterprise plan, the customer support can take a few cycles to get an answer. In the early days of learning the product, I routinely found myself going through multiple back and forth emails just trying to convey the issue I was facing, and at times it felt like I was educating their team on how the product works. They do have a robust knowledge library though, and support has been getting better with time. I wish we also had the ability to identify prospects through this platform. That's one area where Zenprospect wins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate our outbound sales process with Outreach. This has dramatically increased our ability to personalize prospecting and follow up in a timely manner, ultimately driving more opportunities and sales. In particular, the ability for our sales team to quantify what messaging is or is not effective is important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at ZenProspect as well. Both are great products.
Makes Life Easy and Colloaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a dream for the members for my team. For those who are disorganized, outreach is a one stop shop for all their needs. For others, it provides a platform for collaboration and optimization. Would definitely recommend to other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes outreach seems a little slow. For example, just pausing a sequence takes a moment of calculation, it seems. Also there are so many features that sometimes i feel like optimizations in the UX have been missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we send lots of cold emails and this keeps us organized and provides learnings for future growth. Increased outreach better operations optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has helped me stay organized, make sure to follow up with key leads and is easy for my organization to pass new leads to me efficiently. I love the integrations with SalesForce and look forward to integrations with more of our other applications as it really helps simplify things for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the changes are rolled out without much notice so you'll need to kind of "figure it out" on your own but the changes are good once you learn how to use the new features. It would be great if they had more training opportunities available (or if they'd make them known because I"m not aware of them)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Outreach is the most effective productivity tool for sales professionals who are making lots of calls. The organization of the program is simple and easy to use. The integration with SalesForce is crucial for our business operations and so far, we feel the two programs work very well together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to know your local Outreach rep. and schedule a demo/training. This helped our team work through some of the smaller issues/questions that many of our reps. had but didn't know who to ask the questions to.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you decide who you want to reach (and put them into a "sequence") you don't have to remember to reach out to that person. Outreach creates tasks for you to call/email/etc. The result is a lot more activity in far less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the direct sync with LinkedIn--the chrome extension is nice but it used to be way easier. I know this isn't an Outreach problem, but more on LinkedIn's side.
