What do you like best about the product?
Ease of building pipeline at scale in an automated way

Outreach has allowed me to build pipeline at scale with a sequence function that has been a game changer for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building pipeline at scale can be a challenge and outreach allows me to fill that need.

Makes managing emails and calls way easier

What do you like best about the product?
The template and snippets tool in the email sender. I also really like how it pulls contacts into the dialer as you hover over them in Salesforce. Outreach makes organizing my day using Sequences a lot easier. Sequences are essentially automated cadences you put accounts, leads, or contacts in which tell you when to call/email them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is still working on polishing their integration with the Lighting view in Salesforce so sometimes it doesn't automatically pull in a contact if I'm in the "Playlist" view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shortening the length it takes me (an Account Executive) to send emails, follow up with prospects, call, and update activity in Salesforce. The "local presence" functionality in the dialer tool also helps get more answers as it mirrors a local area code when calling out.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility. Makes it so much easier to find and target prospects. Helps my organizational skills massively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freezes 2-3 times a day. Hopefully these glitches can be ironed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get into the accounts I have previously had troubled with.

What do you like best about the product?
Less clicks equals more prospects touched per second.

#s on keyboard cannot be used to dial or navigate automated indexes or systems.

SDR - Remedying the burden of creating a system to prospect efficiently, which leads to large deal success.

OUTREACH IS AMAZING

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated features that it provides. As a sales person, we all know consistency is key. Outreach helps that with several ways to automate emails. reminds, tasks etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have come across several examples of uploading issues when bringing in new prospects through CSV files. The whole sequence thing is also kinda messy as you need to make sure they are in the correct stage and make sure they have not been contacted recently etc.

I would also love for their to be a search duplicate prospects/merge feature as I have seen many prospects come up multiple times as they have multiple emails. It is a simple as deleting them but a merge function would be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is one of the features that Outreach excels in. I can create emails and have them sent out at a later time which is an amazing feature. This is just icing on the cake though as you can still trach clicks, opens etc through the platform.

Use the program, play with it and learn it.

What do you like best about the product?
Beautifully integrated with Gmail. Best UI for working through prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs some work on the SFDC data transfer to make reporting even more accurate and helpful. Would be better if there was easier ways to sort and filter prospects for adding to campaigns (has this, doesn't have this type functions) as well as grouping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying prospect management and organization. Efficiently managing my daily tasks. Calendar and email integration is on point.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has changed made my life as a BDR. I couldn't imagine doing my job without it. Integrations with gmail, salesnav, gcal, owler are huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to live within outreach and focus in on the tasks as a BDR and be less dynamic. Not the solutions problem, but is important to work with support and CSM to develop best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach it easy to make 50+ dials a day, it's easy to automate drip campaigns and send one off emails, and schedule meetings (similar to calendy).

What do you like best about the product?
Sleek interface, easy to send emails and make calls. Syncs with Salesforce. Makes it very easy to keep track of what my leads are doing and what changes are happening within their organizations. The ability to view updates has been vital
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync sometimes gets confused on duplicate leads, requires managerial intervention to fix the issues, no merging of leads. Occasionally logs me out and I still prefer to use gmail directly for my emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increased productivity and efficiency

Try it out and see for yourself, works better than any other similar product I've used.

Outreach for DSR

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences in Outreach it makes it so easy and simple to go after targeted prospects. The way you can customize them for each individual task is perfect for going after different levels and personas of prospects. Being able to manage accounts and tag them for specific campaigns/sequences is great. The way tasks are organized and how you can call straight from the task is awesome. The 360 view is perfect for starting your day off and seeing what you need to complete and where your focus should be whether it's on emails or calls. I like how the tags from salesforce on each contact carry over to Outreach so you know what stage that contact might be in. Also being able to see the activity from previous months and even years is great for new reps starting out or if accounts get switched. Email templates are perfect for campaigns, you can easily make them and use them within each sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sync with Salesforce CRM was better, that can cause problems when updating information on a contact. Sometimes calling from Outreach puts back bad sound and struggles from time to time to connect. I wish you could organize daily tasks by account and focus on each account then move on to the next so your messaging doesn't have to change each call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having to prospect manually, the benefits save so much time of manual tasks. If i didn't have Outreach i would only be able to reach out to less than half the prospects I'm currently going after. The benefits are endless with Outreach, you can be as targeted as you'd like or go very broad and prospect into big groups. Solving issues with not being able have organized prospecting for each rep and each account they are going after.
