Effective sponsorship engagement and potential for improved remote collaboration with an easy setup

What is our primary use case?

I was the PRN Outreach lead of my club and my college. In this role, I conducted promotions and approached sponsors for my events. I was responsible for organizing multiple events and reaching out to sponsors, students, and other stakeholders.

What is most valuable?

Outreach is very good when engaging with sponsors to understand their expectations. Knowing what a company expects from a community or a club helps when seeking sponsorship.

What needs improvement?

Improvements can be made to accommodate sponsors who are not physically available in the same state. If sponsors are open to it, meetings could be conducted on an online platform to finalize deals more effectively.

Additionally, making the responses more attractive and effective can draw more students, the public, and companies to explore the offerings.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Outreach for more than a year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

There have been no issues with the stability. It operates smoothly.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability depends on the product and the target audience, such as age, gender, or other demographics. It varies based on whom we are targeting.

How are customer service and support?

The support team plays a major role in handling various tasks like scheduling meetings and accommodating changes in plans. They are supportive and capable of managing both main and smaller companies.

The initial setup is easy.

What other advice do I have?

Outreach is very good for interacting and conducting marketing efforts, which allows you to understand the expectations of the audience and improve the product if needed.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Its just give you good analytics apart from it nothing special about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not good apart from it the tool has lot og Bugs with respect to Clicks and at a time a prospect has replied to the email but the reply has received to my gmail id but not reflected in outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplying helping me to send emails and calls apart from it analytics of prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
for the most part it's a perfect sync with the CRM our company uses. A couple pieces of data tend to not get brought over, but nothing that would make or break the experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only transfer 2 phone numbers from any contact in my CRM. If there are more than two (multiple locations, cell phones, etc,) it doesn't transfer over

Easy to use for outgoing calls to prospects and clients. Integrates directly with CRM for easy reporting for our management team

Incredible Customer Care Team!

What do you like best about the product?
I love outreach as a product as it's detailed and enables you to truly customers your prospect journey. It's important to have it set up correctly by your business admin so that the correct fields are available and synced as there's lots of scope to disect your data.

What really made me write this review though was their incredible customer care team. I had an urgent query but I marked it as low priority as it wasn't system-related by a knowledge gap I had. Within an hour, Oscar had reached out to support me. I explained that this was a task I needed to complete today so he offered a screen-sharing zoom call to work with me and that was also set up within the hour. The workflow I required wasn't authorised by our own internal admin and so Oscar spent time finding workarounds to help me achieve the same business goal.

I truly was really impressed and it's a level of service not often found in the busy SaaS industry. Product is half the story but service is what keeps you and Oscar in the support team provided this. I now feel empowered to try new workflows on a deeper level as I believe Outreach will help me to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a little steep but you're well supported for success by the customer care and onboarding teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reachout at scale is always challenging and I feel teh flexibility of Outreach enables me to create multiple custom campaigns with little effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is as you would expect from any Sales Execution platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When time came to needing a partner and someone willing to work with our company they disappeared and put their own interest over the partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach claims to help companies increase proformance but are not a company that truly partners with their customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is such a good sales engagement platform.They iterate and improve constantly. The data access is incredible. The customer support has been amazing, and our organization has been so well supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Outreach. It's so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has allowed us to have a cohesive and structured brand voice in the market from our Sales Users. It tracks our emails, calls, and meetings seamlessly and is well connected to our Salesforce.

Outreach really helps you be more strategic when doing outbound sales

The filtering options are not so great so when you are trying to get granular in your searches, occasionally it gets tough to find exactly what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me send emails, stay on top of prospects, A/B test messaging, and set more meetings.

What is our primary use case?

As a front-end developer, I use Outreach primarily to develop UI websites. For instance, I recently developed a speech comprehension-based application that processes user audio data, converts it to text via Outreach AI services, and then processes this transcription on the client side. This involves leveraging Outreach's AI capabilities for transcription and image recognition modeling tasks.

What is most valuable?

One notable feature was filtering out sensitive information from user-generated posts and images, which Outreach handled effectively by providing structured data.

The solution facilitates Git workflow management, enabling me to handle various pull requests from team members. Additionally, I use these tools to deploy applications to different cloud providers, such as GCP and AWS, including AWS EC2 services. The automation tools also streamline testing processes for the code submitted by other developers.

What needs improvement?

In terms of improvements, one significant area for the product is efficiency, particularly when processing large data loads. Similar to other platforms, long recording times lead to extended processing times, which can be inconvenient for users. For instance, a previous client encountered delays due to lengthy recording times. To address this, I implemented a live transcription approach where data is transcribed in real-time, immediately sent to the AI model, and returned quickly. This optimized the process, but enhancing the platform's inherent efficiency would be beneficial.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with the product for the last year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I've noticed that some services can sometimes be a bit slow to respond. I've also encountered some latency issues. I rate its stability an eight out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

My company has around 200 customers.

How are customer service and support?

The tool's documentation is clear enough to fix any issues.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment can be a bit overwhelming at first due to the large amount of documentation. This can lead to a rocky start when trying to get the deployment going. However, once you understand how the different services interact, things will go much more smoothly. It's similar to other cloud and AI services in that you need to grasp how the platform works from start to finish. I think the documentation helps make this clearer.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Outreach uses a request-based pricing model. It's pretty affordable. They offer different packages for various scenarios, depending on how you're trying to develop your platform using Outreach. I think that's a good starting point. If our organization scales up or needs more services from the tool, we'd consider upgrading.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this product to other people. From my experience with the platform, I'd list some of the different services they provide. The AI tool really impressed me—it's quite accurate. That's one of the services I've had a very good experience with, and I'd mention it to others. However, one of the most important factors when getting involved with a new platform like Outreach is understanding how the different services work together and how the documentation is laid out.

I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.

The functionality is easy to use with a friendly user interface. Specially when it comes to syncing with CRM softwares, and B2B data providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Area of improvement with AI enabled sequence maker, and content writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines outreach, freeing my time to focus on strategic activities, resulting in higher conversion rates and faster task completion. In addtion to a data-driven insights help me refine my approach and achieve better results, making more competitive in my role.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have the prospect/account records directly on your Nooks power dialer function.

Nothing that comes to mind, Outreach has been a very helpful tool in my outbound efforts.
