Outreach has been easy to use and incredibly effective
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly and connects flawlessly with Salesforce. I can easily check on open rates, email data, and it's really simple to build and unleash sequences to prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an individual contributor in sales and a former BDR/SDR Manager, I don't see any flaws in Outreach relative to other products on the market (I've used Tout and Salesloft). Outreach allows each individual on the sales team to do what they need to do for tracking calls/emails, building lists, integrating with SFDC, and contacting prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to sequence prospective clients with multiple unique emails. It allows me to reach out to more individuals with more frequency and fewer prospects "fall through the cracks." I can track which sequences perform better/worse too so I can optimize my approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a best in class product for sales enablement. You really can't go wrong. My key recommendation would be to negotiate "throttling" or "how many users each rep can contact in a give day." This is important and is often missed during evaluations.
Solid product, getting better
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for new users. Gmail integration is very useful. There seems to be very few tech issues with the product - it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit of updating. Some of the better features are hidden behind a lot of panels - I feel like most of my team members dont use the full functionality of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The products makes it easy to prospect and keep track of prospects , making sure that we are following up with them

Learn to use the product fully - do the training

What do you like best about the product?
I no longer use SFDC for activity because Outreach helps me manage all of my tasks, keep records of past activity and get intelligent real-time information on prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish you could do is move in and out of Tasks vs. sending out regular outreach to prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity. I can get twice as much done as I could using the traditional CRM.
Easy to use and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is huge, design is great too. Being able to monitor who opens emails and track/measure open rates is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, but not often, Outreach will crash. However, customer support is great and gets us back up and running in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get my prospects sequenced every day and call them/email them the next. Perfect software to learn in my first SaaS sales job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my first sales job, Outreach was easy to learn and easy to use. I'm surprised my previous employer didn't use a platform like this to automate calls and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
With Outreaches wide array of tools, customization, and ease of automation, this has become a tool that I couldn't live without

Wish there was a little more freedom with editing custom views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation has been number one. I have a full cycle sales role and wouldn't be able to manage outreach this effectively without Outreach.

We have Outreach connected to our "Contact Us" and inbound lead forms on our website. Rather than manually reaching out to all of these leads, outreach handles those high-volume inquiries.

It's not the easiest platform to navigate and set up. There are great support resources available and the support team has been really responsive, there's just a big learning curve initially

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing who opens my emails, how many times they have opened my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will randomly log me out when I am in the middle of writing an email (doesn't happen a lot), but when it does it is frustrating because I just took time to work on an specific and catered email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find net new opportunities and it has been really helpful in tracking what emails are working to get people's attention

It is a great tool to use to track what you have done, when you have reached out to people, and seeing the engagement!

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the easiest prospecting tools available. People who don't know how to use can quickly learn as it is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of much i dislike about this tool .

Makes my life as a salesman a lot simpler. I'm able to stay organized with tasks and helps me know what next steps to take in a sales cycle.
Efficient and quick
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate touch points, gathering metrics for the salesforce. Increasing retention periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar syncing, navigation in the GUI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach, callback statistics, and email response rates. Increased metric on everything mentioned.
Great tool although I don't fully use it in the role I'm in. Love the email templates and tracking.

I love the automation of task and sequences as well as email tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Calendar Tool. I wish it looked nicer within the email.
