Great Software to Streamline Sales Process

  • August 21, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Outreach has the sales process baked into their solution. Our SDR team never needs to leave Outreach. They can log calls, create notes, and email leads straight from Outreach. It has a great email deliverability, has an extremely friendly User Interface, and is a critical portion of our sales stack. Anytime there is an issue, the support staff does a top-notch job helping us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the new Outreach everywhere sidebar. I felt the older UI was easier to navigate and was more homogenous with the rest of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our sales team to scale their efforts with a combinate of automated and manual tasks for the team to accomplish. They do not need to think about targeting, they simply log-in and see what is due in their tasks section.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use your customer rep to leverage innovative ways of using the product. There is a lot of application.

Powerful tool for outbounding campaigns and automation sales funnel workflows

  • August 21, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great platform that makes sales development a breeze once you complete get the platform fully up and running. We use it for multi-touch outbounding campaigns using email and calls steps, all of which are very powerful and reliable. The Voice feature is robust and makes logging calls easy, and email deliverability rates are high (obviously as long as the email is valid). Setup was simple, and there were numerous self-service resources to help with the onboarding process. Their support team is very responsive and helpful with any issues regarding bugs, feature requests, or general troubleshooting. I have previously used Salesloft, which has very similar functionality, but found it to be more buggy and laggy. Outreach seems to run much more smoothly. I also enjoy the new features that are continually being added, along with product roadmap webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are numerous customizable features, there is room for additional customization (more options for Triggers, automation). The activity feed is cluttered and confusing to read, and email tracking overall could be streamlined both within Outreach and Gmail integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has become a critical part of our small, but growing sales development function. We have been able to quickly scale outbounding campaigns, in addition to managing inbound lead workflows. Pipeline growth is one our biggest priorities, and Outreach is playing a critical role.

What do you like best about the product?
Local presence feature (global), click to call feature, sequences that lead to a better cadence with prospects,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a support rep on call. Support tickets are fed through an email system. I'd prefer having a phone number so I can speak with someone live
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics are great for tracking my reps performance when it comes to daily KPI's. I have a worldwide sales team and a good majority of my team is remote so Outreach gives me the ability to track their metrics without building out custom dashboards/reporting features.

Great Sales Enablement Tool

  • August 21, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use for our End-users and the ability to seamless sync between SFDC and Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit overwhelming and it can sometimes be hard to navigate. The blessing here is that they have a fantastic CS team that helps you find what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to streamline our cold and warm outreach with ease. The ability to customize cadences for different use cases is a game changer. Our SDR team would not be able to run without this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to see how you can customize cadences with different tasks and also learn about the chrome extension.

Automation and time saving at it's smoothest

  • July 31, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation aspect... having the ability to send custom email cadence to a list of prospects, with defined steps in place, A/B testing emails, subject lines, etc is a great way to test which message works best for your outreach prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can call directly from the platform unless I'm using their call system... The issue is that when you click call, it would send us to our internal call system, which is great, but it always comes with the predefined country code so one always has to remove the country code otherwise the call would not go through.. This would be a huge time saver
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better prospecting, helps increases conversion rates with the right messages and of course time saving by having the system do all the small manual tasks that a monkey can do

Best Sequencing Software on the market!

  • July 31, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows our team to actively work and follow up with a large pipeline. You can customize and tailor automated outreach. Great for SDR and Account executive to maximize time and get more demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could use some improvements but it is the best I have seen for sequencing software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Increased productivity for Account Executives and SDR's
- Ability to reduce the manual work to help focus on closing activity
- Allows our new leads to receive emails right away vs waiting for the rep to manual reach out to them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend Outreach if you are using SalesForce for your CRM. You will have a ton of possibilities to automate workflows.

If you can get sales and marketing departments to coordinate the implementation you will have better flow with both departments. The customer journey will be a lot better

Great tool, easy to use, low learning curve

  • July 30, 2018

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking, templates, and snippets are the best features to make sure your campaigns are successful. Support is incredible, quick responses and respond with detailed video explanations for complex tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't play nice with other plugins, setting up triggers isn't very simple. Would prefer an interface similar to hubspot. We store contacts in hubspot so it would be great if it could sync company names between the two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales campaigns. Great for anything from setting up meetings based on conference attendee lists, to handling inbound lead flows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you don't sync more contacts than you need so that it doesn't cost a large amount. (You pay per synced contact)

User-friendly sales tool

  • July 12, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We just implemented outreach and I'm still getting the hang out of it. I appreciate that the interface is clean and self-explanatory. However, there are still a few things I wasn't able to figure out on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it isn't clear which workflows to execute in Outreach vs. salesforce. It has also been a bit difficult to set up and run email sequences as well as import leads from salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales automation, outbound email sequences and tracking, cold calling, prospecting, scheduling
Recommendations to others considering the product:
test it out before you commit

Heavy reliance and usage, Great UX/UI

  • July 12, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of their tasks features as I no longer have to utilize sticky notes, or spreadsheets. It's as if I have a personal assistant. Also, the UI is very clean and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the actions still need some work. For example, when I attempt to schedule an email with a specified time, it will auto default to send at 9am. Also, the tasks aren't great for time specific matters, they work best to remind you about a task on a specific day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to utilize their sequence features to reach out to many more prospects than if I had to manually sequence.

Gets the job done!

  • July 09, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it so easy to reach a large volume of people while being targeted with your messaging. Being able to have measured feedback on how well your emails are received means you can keep tweaking until you get open and response rates as high as possible. It helps sales reps become more data-driven. This platform is the best of its kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach can be a bit difficult to use. Their UI is not very user-friendly. Sometimes completing the most simple task can take a while due to tricky UI. The Salesforce integration has it's ups and downs, but overall everything works great and our marketing department loves it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team uses Outreach to reach a mass number of prospects. Outreach allows us to be very targeted in our messaging and creates efficiency for the team. Also, by looking at interaction stats, we are able to tell who is interested and needs follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look more into the Salesforce integration to make sure it accomplishes what you need it to. Also, make sure to get sales buy-in. This platform works best for the sales team to use. If your team needs to reach a large volume of prospects and wants data around open rates and interactions, this is for you.
