A fully fledged Sales Engagement platform with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach platform is proving to be a very intuitive yet powerful tool for our sales reps to accelerate their outreach efforts.
Setting up sequences is very simple and both analytics and enrichment dashboards are very helpful. We are looking forward to testing the new meeting scheduler features which can substitute completely a solution such as Calendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of times were a user's mailbox (we use Outlook) got disconnected by themselves, and automated emails didn't go out.
For now it seems like they were isolated issues, although the fact that their support said the integration "is even more stable with Gmail" wasn't necessarily reassuring.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach we are improving Sales Reps productivity (for both emailing and calling) while also tracking a lot more into SFDC thanks to their integration, which allows us to better optimize our outbound activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Product is easy to navigate, use, and see instant value in - we spend less time training on outreach than any other tool in our stack. Outreach is also built to help us optimize each interaction with our prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Still does not have feature parody with one of the other email sequencing tools we use(d). But as mentioned above, team is innovating around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using outreach to facilitate a lot of our top of funnel outbound sales. This has allowed us to maximize the amount of prospects we reach out to in a personalized manner. Outreach also syncs directly into SFDC, streamlining many of the administrative aspects of our prospecting motion.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a clean, modern, UI. It was smartly designed to be easy to use yet robust. It get's better and better each year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gmail Integration does get disconnected a bit too frequently. It is an easy fix but sometimes emails do not get synced with SalesForce

One of the best email automation tools on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loved the ease-of-use of sending out mass emails and the tracking feature. The automating sequence feature made it easy to follow-up with our leads. We also liked that we were able to prioritize our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with the platform crashing and not syncing with Salesforce, however, the support team has always been very helpful. There are also a lot of features that may be a bit intimidating to some at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems to attack were managing workflow and driving more meetings with prospects. Many benefits were realized as Outreach allows us to consolidate many of our existing systems and streamline our task management system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very focused on outbound sales, great for sales organizations. Be prepared for some technical issues, but don't hesitate to contact customer support – they're amazing!
Awesome email platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a super robust email tool that is easy to use and has very wide functionality. Setting up campaigns, A/B tests within them, selecting audiences - all of this is super easy. It is also very reliable and always sends things on time. Lots of anti-spam features, lots of great little settings to make a better use of the emails. Easy upload and tagging system, easy tracking of results and great reporting. Robust support. All in all, it does all you need for your email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that didn't work so well is some of the UI - sometimes it's not really clear what a certain button does. Also, their support is not available over chat, it's email only, which means one has to wait for a reply a bit longer. None of this has been a blocker because I always got replies within 24h of sending them an email and their support team was always able to suggest a solution and even send me a screen recording with it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something super small and lean + you are not sure that email marketing is definitely something you want to do, consider smaller platforms that keep it leaner. If you want a robust email tool for cold outreach or other email campaigns - Outreach is definitely the best (I checked over 15 platforms before landing with them).
Streamlines touchpoints with prospects into one tidy place
What do you like best about the product?
Templates and snippets allow custom emails to be sent with variables, such as first name, last name, or company. The new calendar functionality is a bonus too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It operates like a CRM, but not completely, making some data imports and integrations messy when it doesn't like up with the CRM. Expect to have to do a lot of .csv uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up is now much easier and you can set it and forget it. Prospects don't fall through the cracks when you're busy.

If you take the time to learn it, it will change the way you work. If not, it's true advantages won't be realized.
Great way to reach the masses
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily give the appearance of a customized email when the bulk of the message is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech problems. aka emails not sending, limits on emails, looks a little basic

Outbound sales development. Biggest benefit is like it or not it you're name is getting out there.

I don't know of a better tool for outbound prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for long term pipeline management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some very minor redundancies with some of it;s automations.

It has allowed me to better contact business prospects, stay on top of long-term pipeline management and convert more opportunities

Definitely take it through the POC process. Very flexible tool with a lot of customization.
Outbound Sales Made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Outreach.io for about a year and it is the most neatly designed sales engagement platform. Very intuitive to use and state of the art product.

Nothing of that sort. i liked every aspect of it

I use it for outbound sales campaigns.
Great tool for high volume SDR teams
What do you like best about the product?
When one of our SDR's has dozens or even hundreds of tasks, Outreach is great at ranking the people they should be calling first which makes it really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add calendar meetings to Salesforce automatically - although I think it is in the works so lets cross our fingers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the life of our SDR team easier. They have been able to reach out with a higher connect rate and increase overall activities.

Lot's of tools/platforms out there. Do your homework and figure out what is most important to you.
