Combine outreach with favoured tools to drive sales growth
What do you like best about the product?
provides sales teams with a comprehensive and optimised tool for tracking key data. It allows for effective consolidation of contacts, leads, accounts and more from multiple sources with support for LinkedIn, email systems such as Gmail or Outlook, Salesforce integrations and other plugins. In addition, the customer support team is incredibly responsive when it comes to suggesting new ways to improve products and services. Having all of this functionality in one convenient place allows for tremendous growth potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the complexity of Outreach daunting and challenging to train new staff on. In addition, its search function is not optimal for finding leads that require significant data entry. Finally, automated broadcasts can be aggressive and can feel intrusive; however, email automation software offers significant benefits despite the initial cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from outreach by being able to more easily reference credible external sources on our website. This gives customers greater confidence in my work and makes them more likely to engage with it.
Robust product, with some really great features
What do you like best about the product?
It is very robust. Lot's of features available that meet our needs and then some. The user face is easy to navigate and is effective for SDR's and AE's to use. Call sound quality is usually pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even after saving a setting or update to a contact, you have to refresh the page to see the change or update. There are times where screens load slowly. It does require a decent about of administration work to keep everything humming along - but I suppose most tools like this do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us efficiently cold call and email. It keeps everyone in the sales organization on the same page across our different channels of out reach. We also use Outreach to manage SDR and AE activity.
Great Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive. I can set up emails when I'm "at my best" as an evening worker, but set them up to launch in the AM (or other specific times) based on when it's best for the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Google Chrome shortcut seems to break. Not sure if it's our SSO, but I feel like I constantly have to update my browser to ensure the one off emails I'm sending are captured in our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep track of when I last contacted a user or an account. It's quickly referenced in my CRM status, so I can utilize our CRM and review my past emails when I'm thinking of how to best engage users.

What do you like best about the product?
As a regular user of Outreach.io, I've found it to be an incredibly powerful and comprehensive sales engagement platform. Its breadth of features is truly impressive, offering the ability to automate complex tasks and streamline my daily workflow. The automated sequences feature, in particular, has been a game-changer, allowing me to set up a chain of emails, tasks, and social touchpoints to engage prospective customers in a more personalized manner. The seamless integration with Salesforce has also been invaluable, ensuring all my customer data is synchronized and easily accessible, which dramatically enhances my productivity and coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the many advantages I've experienced using Outreach.io, there are certain aspects that I believe could use some improvement. First, the complexity of the platform can be a double-edged sword. While it offers numerous features and functionalities, this can sometimes lead to a steep learning curve, particularly for less tech-savvy team members. In some cases, the extensive array of tools can even be overwhelming. Second, the customization options, though versatile, can sometimes be tedious to configure, requiring a significant investment of time and effort to set up sequences and templates just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was a workflow issue. Kaia was not connecting to Zoom and my calls were not being recorded either. The other issue had to do with a step within a sequence. Now that the problems have been resolved, I can utilize Kaia for feedback on my calls and demonstrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to automate all of my sequences. Cloning old ones and tweaking them allows me to do my job quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have one critique that is top-of-mind at this moment - the new UI has taken away one of my favorite features. The ability to set tasks as "Urgent" and get a pop-up reminder at a specific time was something I used all the time. I hate that it's gone and I want them to bring it back ASAP!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to reach out to potential buyers in an efficient and systematic way. It allows me to customize my outreach but also send them out in batches, striking the right balance of time efficiency and personalization.

Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's straightforward to set up campaigns. The steps are laid out very well, and the team is always there to help if you have trouble.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Salesforce doesn't pull all the details, and you must "force pull" from the platform. I wish there were an easy way to see which prospects don't have a complete profile so I can batch-pull them immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see if the clients are opening our emails, especially the ones who've gone quiet. As well as allowing us to target ex-clients to bring them back without manually having to constantly check in and risk annoying them.

What do you like best about the product?
Task flow functionality makes it incredibly easy to remain focused without switching back and forth between windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks that make it a bit complicated to learn at first, mainly, just knowing how to use specific functions in the right places. Example would be certain sequence options are only available in specific parts of the Sequences section of Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps with email outbounding in so many different ways - the data/statistics you receive from it give you valuable insights that you'd otherwise not have. Connecting the dots for triggers becomes much easier when you have a tool like Outreach. The UI is overall pretty good, and you're able to set a ton of different parameters up to ensure best practices for you and the rest of the team.
A great tool for Sequencing
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how everything you need to get done for prospecting can be done in Outreach. I create sequences with ease, get detailed reporting and I'm able to connect with all of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is no way for me to see who the inbound calls are coming from- it won't attach to a prospect. I would also love for there to be a way to collaborate on sequences within outreach

Outreach gives us a platform to make calls, send emails, create outbound cadences, and report on our BDRs activity all in on place. It allows me to record calls and provide coaching for my BDRs and an easy way to see how many accounts/prospects mt BDR are working at a time

I really like the ability to sequence to streamline outreach.

When I make a change to one person in the outreach view the whole page refreshes, it really slows down my editing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am very busy in my sales role and it helps automate some of those outreach processes which is very helpful.
Helpful for sending bulk emails and calendarising them
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use once you get a hang of it. Also, you don't have to keep reminders; there's a way to schedule every email sent with managing templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, initial onboarding to the tool wasn't that smooth. That could have been better with tooltips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, when managing multiple accounts and having to draft daily emails to many clients, it gets really tough to track all of them. Outreach has helped to calendarise and schedule my email-sending job beautifully.
