What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation of the tool. It helps me to work more productively and efficiently without having to worry about if I am forgetting to follow up with a prospect or remove them from an email chain. I love the fact that templates can be stored and used when needed, and you can schedule to have your sequences sent at specific times during the day/week. I also appreciate the fact that I get a notification email when an email bounces, and it also shows in the sequence details. One of my favorite features of Outreach is that it will show you which contacts are unresponsive, responsive, bad data, etc, and I am able to export an excel file of whichever group I desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike the most is the fact that you cannot choose certain fonts and text sizes. I feel as if the font that is given to use automatically appears as a marketing email, and seems less personalized. I also have experienced times where a prospect responds to my email saying they are not interested at the time, and even though they reply they are not removed from the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emailing and being able to organize the prospects based on their activity. I have realized the benefit of this tool because I know people in my position in the past have had to rely on using excel spreadsheets and setting calendar reminders to email/follow up with contacts and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a terrific time saving tool. The product is very easy to use, and streamlines the process of creating and managing campaigns, and certain outbound efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of the tool that are not that intuitive. It would be nice to have the ability to make changes to more than one account at a time, and organize the contacts in a clearer way. We have also had a few issues with the images in our signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen a lot of benefit in the ability to create and manage invites, and campaigns quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this product to other people who are in an inside sales or outbound role.

The auto email function is very convenient and easy to use. The process from switching from task to task is seemless.

I do not like that it is not integrated with my sales console but it was not a deal breaker

Do not go into expecting it to be a bad fit because one you get used to using outreach it can be very beneficial
Outreach has been tremendous in helping me scale my sales process, delivering huge lift and results.

I love how easy it is to get a sequence up and running, form importing contacts, to creating personalized messaging, Outreach really makes it easy to scale your prospecting and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally sequences will just pause without any warning. There are no alerts when something goes wrong, which would be very helpful in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized messaging at scale is always a challenge. Outreach has made it simple and easy to create personalized, effective messaging, and also track how that message resonates with prospects and clients. I really appreciate the reporting and insights.

The automatic sequence ability. The ability to also edit sequence and help control how often people can receive a message.

The errors that would pop up since a large number of us touch the same contacts.

Reaching out to enough people in one day!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
diagnosing problems quicker than doing screen shares (in sales time means a lot of business lost out on if our system isn't working)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize sequences. It is extremely helpful that I can share sequences with my colleagues, view response and open rates, as well as chart client activity. I love the ability to import multiple contacts using CSV file which is quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach will suspend or halt clients in a sequence if they are active in another sequence. This poses as a problem if my colleagues have reached out to someone fairly recently and I am unable to reach out to them but also unable to stop their sequence. It can be quite confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to improve my efficiency by reaching out to clients in a manner that proves caring and personal. I can clearly compare response rates between different campaigns and see what is working and what needs to be altered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using this program if you want to increase your productivity, improve customer relationships, and streamline approaches.
Powerful product that has made me more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I havent used all the features, but the basics are fairly straight forward. It has certainly saved me a great deal of time and made me more efficient/effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy at times. One of my sequences did not go out on time and it sent all the emails in the sequence within one day (rather than the set 3 days).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we spent/wasted a lot of time following up on leads that were unresponsive. Outreach allows us to automate this process, so we can now spend our time working with clients while still contacting unresponsive leads.

I depend on the ability to send sequences to prospects.

There could be better integration with salesforce.com such as status.

I would otherwise have to send one-off emails all day which would be MISERABLE.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Outreach gives myself and my colleagues the ability to follow up with prospects at the appropriate times. it is also a great tool to make sure that you are not emailing the same people twice. Outreach has saved me countless hours compared to the classic mail merge.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT is a bit difficult to find the data that you are looking for inside outreach. Also when a prospect opts out of another persons email sequence this also opts that person out of future sequences even if used by a different person. My concern is the prospect might be opted out for one of our solutions but interested in another one of our solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, effort, and the stress of being an inside salesman. It allows use to get back to what we do best... hunting.
