Outreach is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up sequences, triggers and ruleset that works once and have my reps continually use it and find success.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Whenever we run into problems our success manager finds ways to help us accomplish what we want.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to automate the process of hunting up accounts. We need to be able to nurture and aggressively target contacts and accounts.
With Outreach we have been able to attack these accounts and get conversations with key decision makers. We can also track and test our content and cadence to continually improve.

Please consider Outreach. If your goals are to acquire new customers by hunting accounts and contacts, engaging with them and ultimately leading to potential opportunities. You will see and increase and level of success other tools cannot provide.
Outreach is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I just love how user friendly the platform itself is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of features, and sometimes it is very overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps productivity and gets work accomplished faster.
Great tool for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can call and email without having to log that back into Salesforce. It has a great UI. I enjoy customizing my sequences, and getting creative with how I get in touch with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Outreach can improve on prioritization of tasks. They recently came out with a way to prioritize based on importance of lead, however I think prioritizing by time zone would be the best way to do this. I have to call Europe, East coast, west coast, and Australia, and sometimes it will be past 5 PM in Europe when I finally get to that task. The ability to prioritize based on time zone would be a HUGE feature for me.
I also don't love that Outreach overrides lead status sometimes. I'll want to immediately change the lead status in Salesforce, and often times Outreach will go in and change that after the fact. Not a huge deal, but I think a little AI would solve this issue.

Much of sales is persistence and timing. Outreach solves for both of these very well.
Great for sequences
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that I can throw accounts and leads into a sequence. It frees up a lot of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like fact that I have to sign in every once in a while and it never tells me when I signed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the time suck of reaching out to prospects multiple times. Solved a lot of admin work as well.
Outreach is a great tool for customer engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps to organize prospects and allow tracking of responses. It houses the information in a way that is easy for a sales rep to review communications progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of the tool for the field, I have received comments about how the tool is not as "user-friendly" as it could be. Setting up the tool can be cumbersome, but once a sales rep continues to explore the tool, the benefits are apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows the field to send out personalized emails to a large audience. Being able to automate prospecting and nurturing is very valuable.
Great product - missing Outlook plug-in

Great integration with Salesforce and tracking email success

Should be a plug-in for Outlook as would mean you're not moving between screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not losing leads and being able to manage campaigns.
Convenient One-off Email Management
What do you like best about the product?
One central hub that houses all of your one-to-one emails, making it easy to stay on top of all of your direct email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring and syncing mailboxes takes more time than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By sending one-offs in mass, we are able increase open and respond rates.
Outreach makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes prospecting client leads so much easier. I love how the follow up emails are done for me. The ability to customize email sequences has made my job so much easier as a business development executive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a prospect replies to one of my emails in a sequence, they'll still continue to receive emails as if they haven't responded yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend several hours each week emailing potential clients one by one... no more! The ability to reach out to multiple people/email addresses at once is so convenient.

Try it! It's a fantastic product.

What do you like best about the product?
"Outreach everywhere" is a really convenient plugin. It makes it very easy to navigate through Outreach using other tools/services that are part of my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky with new updates from time to time. Sometimes patches take a while to go live - standard growing pains for a service as new as outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automatically reach out to new potential clients as soon as they sign up for a trial is helpful - I pair this with my calendly link to allow clients to schedule time to chat. The overall benefit of being able to streamline first contact, to setting up a meeting, with minimal effort on my part, is really great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see who has opened and responded to emails and create tasks based on this. Also being able to set email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky to use. Doesn't sort well and needs better reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who is viewing emails and effectiveness of campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers a lot of strengths and I would highly recommend it but be aware of limitations in reporting and views in GUI.
