Good experience automating sequence of outreach
What do you like best about the product?
how the automation of sequences can be made while changing task set-up and sequencing
What do you dislike about the product?
the depth of the reporting can sometimes be a little more than necessary, but great for teams who can have a dedicated resource diving into the analytics here

How to run business development at scale and reach the right people via our outreach strategies -- allows us to reach more prospects

i think it would be a great part of a tech stack as long as its used properly, as this enables your sales team to do prospecting at scale, a valuable component for any Business Development or full-cycle Sale role

The time it saves you through out your day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, the value it gives throughout the day outweighs any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management, being able to set the emails and allow them to go on a schedule. Then also determine which emails are being received best by your clients.
This tool is very helpful for our email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we are able to make outbound email campaigns with ease! Increasing the amount of emails we are sending everyday has had a positive uptick in demos booked. I also like how it creates a task list for me so it makes it easy for me to start my day by just going through the task list.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the email tracking can be a little spotty. Have seen a lot of emails that were marked as unread by recipients, but when I call them they tell me that they forwarded it on to their whole team to read. I have also seen it go the other way when it says they have read the email several times, but when I call them they have no idea what I am talking about (might be human error though.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased the amount of marketing emails we are sending out on a weekly basis. This allows us to hit more targets with half the work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation will make your life so much easier. It might take awhile to implement, but it well worth the time and energy getting it all set up.

Very easy to use, helps me in my every day.

Easy of use, it makes an old manual process automated. Gives back time.

Can't set automated "re-sequencing" once a sequence ends you can't auto roll it into another one.

We're manually emailing. We've saved at least an hour a day.

My number one problem: There are not enough hours in the day. Outreach allows it's users to be more productive and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this solution to all sales teams. I also think this is ideal tool for Lead gen/ Account development teams. It really does the work for you, and No inbound lead is left behind- and for Sales reps, It really does the work for you on maintain relationships and follow ups with your accounts for potential future up sells.

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach IO is a very helpful sales tool because of the ease of use! I am glad Adobe picked it up for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the SFDC integration fails, I lose connection to my tab to import. However, support has been there to help me get my access back within a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting in touch with my sales contacts and organization is much smoother.

It has made the sales team far more productive and efficient, giving them hours back in their day to spend on other revenue increasing activities.

I would like to see a little more customization with how it integrates into Salesforce.com

Efficiency out our sales team with out-bounding to leads and following up with marketing provided leads.

I really like how well the product ties into my work e-mail address- keeping all of my account activity in one place.

Often not clear when there are errors in the sequence what the error is.
