Outreach has increased our appointments tenfold

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to throw a few templates together and get a workflow up and running within minutes. However, as you get used to the software the power of Outreach really shows its true colors, and we couldn't be happier. Support is very quick to help with any questions or concerns as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create slightly more specific workflows. As of now you can A/B test emails, but it would be nice to create flows where if prospect gets email B in step 1 that they would then get a specific email in step2, currently it will just randomize the email in step 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting multiple email touches on a large amount of prospects per representative (about 140 per night). Were having trouble maximizing the value of the leads that we purchase as they only got 1 email before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI as well as the many incredibly useful features available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few issues with information being synced to and from SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows us to analyze, catalog, streamline, and organize our outbound efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For ease of use the SFDC integration is critical.

What do you like best about the product?
Although I do get some leads from our Lead Qualification team, I do end up working the full sales cycle. Outreach is great for sequencing leads so that I can focus on other tasks to close business.
What do you dislike about the product?
If an email is auto-replied to, the sequence stops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves a lot of time for me so I can focus on important things.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to spend time focusing on prospecting and selling by efficiently sending emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates created in Outreach do not open rates or more in depth metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the email exhaustion problem. Time saved and leads qualified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It is easy to use and the creation and automation of sequences is amazing! It really help with my daily work flow and allows me to be as productive as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Outreach is that you can build highly customized campaigns, with a variety of unique touches to ensure none of your opportunities are slipping through the cracks. It makes prioritizing my day much simpler, and has reduced the amount of time I spend digging through our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I dislike about Outreach is that I wish it was able to push information from Outreach into Salesforce......maybe it can? For me specifically the challenge is as follows:

Currently I receive an email from Outreach saying I have "x" number of tasks for the day, and then I have to go into Salesforce and open these leads one at a time, in no particular order. I wish there was a way that I could push that daily task email into Salesforce and prioritize these leads based on the sequence they are in. I place a much higher value on "new signups" than I do "web" leads (I have a different sequence for each), but the tasks don't help me see this. If it could push into SFDC I would also be able to work much more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem is efficiency. I am an inbound SDR and I spend the majority of my time trying to figure out which leads are worth my time, and when they should be contacted next. I guess my most desired feature would be the ability to assign higher importance to certain sequences than others so that when I come in in the morning I can pretty much just call down the list based on the priority I have assigned.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like about Outreach, from the integration with Salesforce to all the automation, but really what stands out is its usability. It is really easy to get up and running with Outreach and to become proficient with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using it, it was a bit buggy, but their support team is really good at working with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using outreach, this has allowed us to find the right/best email templates for our target audience, saves us from having to do things one by one.

My favorite part of outreach is the ability to see who has read the email and also to set up sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that is hard to use it efficiently as first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate our emails out to our clients and track what has already been sent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of automation possibilities. Also, the task dashboard is essential for any BDR day-to-day. It's the primary dashboard I use when going outbound.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach hasn't really figured out sequencing tasks and communication deeper in the funnel. I'd like to see features that allow for more a templated approach to a deeper sales cycle. This could include walk-through steps for more strategic enterprise sales. Beyond a sequence, a cycle of communication that corresponds to legal, security, and procurement steps typical to a sales cycle could be helpful. I find that I often don't use Outreach once a client is actually engaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving our outbound and inbound sequencing for leads. Automating this process has freed up time across the team allowing us to spend less time prospecting and more time engaging with these prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Can send emails on behalf of other individuals. Automate 1:Many outreach without having to worry about shared IPs from other comm automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of HTML in emails. If you send on behalf of someone else, the sender variable still shows the author instead of who you're sending on behalf of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing overall 1:Many strategy. We've saved time and effort and enhanced deliverability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can put someone in a sequence and not have to remind myself to follow up at any point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when someone replies they don't automatically get taken out of the sequence which makes for some awkward conversations when they get the next message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff is able to send cold outbound emails much more efficiently than we were in the past. We get meetings and are able to gauge interest with minimal effort.
