Great Tech Service with Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that I can reach out via chat or submit a request for help, and I get someone to respond immediately. They always have a great answer and have even provided videos of how to get that information, how to create something, or how-to work something!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the ability to track all my activities along with the open rates of emails sent, recordings of calls made, and referrals discovered during calls. I love seeing all my tasks in one place and being able to see reporting on those activities is quite beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Porpt response and customer support assistance.
From sales execution, to account management to customer support people are attentive, kinf and prepared about any topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a cons of the platform it's the degree of difficulty in understanding how it works and finidng out tips and tricks takes a lot of time. The Outreach University videos are quite lenghty but useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach.io is allowing us to shoot up to 1,000 emails per day and engage more with prospects, gives a good overview of data and allows us to take next steps based on objective and clear analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
-Easy to compose sequences when trying to reach out to multiple prospects
-Easy to track engagement rate
-Very responsive support team

What do you dislike about the product?
-Adding new prospects can be a little time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is the tool I predominantly use for all sales related reach outs and scheduling of meetings. It makes it easy for me to track if my emails are getting read and how prospects are interacting with my emails which in turn helps me fine tune my messaging when required

Couldn't live without it

What do you like best about the product?
There's really no better way to run through call and email tasks, the core functionality addresses a seller's needs perfectly. I also find these days that I really like how I can see previous activity from other reps, and even send emails via their inboxes, really helps when we have reps on pto.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outreach everywhere extension can be a bit skiddish at times, when it works perfectly it feels brilliant and seamless but more often than not these days it'll have trouble connecting, take forever to load and I'll have to refresh the page, etc. I wish it was more of an sfdc integration, rather than a chrome extension.

Maybe I'm being picky, but there's a lot of visual fuzz. I miss the old days when the interface was simpler, cleaner, and only displayed the relevant info while cold calling. Now there's a ton of crap that I don't really care about on the page while dialling

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails, the ability to create and customize your own sequence to include email, phone calls, Linkedin connecting, overall follow-up, etc all at a couple clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many updates to aspects of Outreach that work just fine. The updates are not announced regularly so sometimes interupts workflow when the update occurs and finding the correct place to do what I used to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates emails to prospects that otherwise I would have to send a manual email. It can pull fields like name, company name, my name, location from Salesforce, our CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It's feature and overall layout and structure make it easy to use and enablement reps to use. Also, they have great integrations with other crucial tools
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the Salesforce integration has been a bit wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to effectively conduct outreach to strategic and prospect accounts and manage inbound lead flow.

Great CRM for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track calls and take notes on prospects. I also appreciate the ability to generate email sequences and customize before sending. It is also really noce to be able to import contacts from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the integrations to contact lists could be more consistant with how the information populates and assigns account owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves for tracking outbound calls as well as inbound conversations. It benefits me by keeping prospects organized.

Outreach to Salesforce integration through a SFDC Admin lens

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach connects well with Salesforce objects and the field to field mapping is straight-forward. There is control over the data flow, the recurrence of the sync and individual users' access. Outreach is helpful to business development staff by helping them to automate (multi-task) certain aspects of their connection attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is not as robust for teams working to nurture prospects in advance of sales staff. Outreach serves individual efforts well; however, the flexibility to open responses to a shared email would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables business development staff to prospect to multiple people simultaneously, allowing the staff to engage automatically with more prospects - casting a wider net!

Streamlined customer communication

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful features, eg. rescheduling tasks, snippets, templates, reply and click rates on emails.
Super organised on the front, really easy to see activity on reports, lots of useful data available like calls connected, time spent on calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still seems in development so features change every so often, layout changes, etc. Doesn't bother me a lot but some team members have issues with it.
Also old open rate/click rate data gets lost once you edit an email template which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organised when conducting outreach to customers. Keeps my tasks in order, reminders (urgent tasks) are useful. Being able to see open rates and click rates on emails is great.
