Outreach - Makes life Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
When you are calling and emailing so many people a day, this tool helps organize and keep me sane! I appreciate how it tells me what to do, and when to do it. I really like the daily reminder of the number of tasks I have due. The email sync is a really nice feature, and I love that it automatically changes the sequence when people have replied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget to take customers out of sequence when they answer a call - I know it might be complex, but it would be nice if it read if someone picked up the phone so it could take them out of sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
Click to dial and sequences. Saves a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is sometimes not the best. For example, completing a task and auto moving to the next task even though many times I want to stay on that prospect. Also, for manual emails within sequences I would like them to pop up right away after completing first task. For example complete call within sequence which then takes it to manual email step. Rather than taking me right to the email it takes me to the next task and I might not get to the manual email till an hour or two later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly just speed. Allowing me to reach more prospects throughout the day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend if you have consistent leads in which you reach out to with similar content/messages. The only other sales platform I have tried is salesloft. Outreach offers much more flexibility in terms of customizing your outreach while also being able to quickly get through tasks.
Click to dial is pretty sweet.
There is a few bugs that come up every now and then but overall it seems like Outreach is pretty on top of performance issues and resolves quick

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can reach out to thousands of prospects at once and it all gets synced to salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you group people. I wish it was easier to put people into groups and target those groups accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of reaching out to cold prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to bulk upload a ton of leads from SFDC and send and edit sequences directly from outreach and know that my emails are clear and don't have any mistakes by being able to view them before sending!

I don't like not being able to add prospects to sequences directly from gmail, only template is provided...
Also it would be awesome if changing the status on the lead in outreach synced to SFDC

Love Outreach! I love how it keeps all my email templates organized and can run analytics.

Template organization. I also love the SFDC integration.

I wanted to run sequences to different personas and run analytics on who was seeing what. Outreach has made that easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sync with SFDC and work directly from there, rather than jumping back and forth between websites/tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how you can not reach out if someone has reached out within the last day. Also, wish it would sync more functionally with my calendar

Solving the process of scheduling responses and staying on top of follow ups. The benefits lie in being able to "pick up the cups" easily.

Use the software if you want to sync directly to SFDC and automate follow ups and sequences.

Reaching out and following up with thousands of people that inquire about our product as well as effectively prospecting and reaching our outbound prospects
Great software with Excellent functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Their visibility into your email drip campaigns is unrivaled - you have the ability to truly maximize your people while conducting A/B testing on your messaging. It just gets better with age.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve some of the features associated with contacts that have either opted out or are sequenced in alternative campaigns. Contacts can sometimes be paused for no apparent reason and you have to manually reactivate them.

This is a great solution to really manage your pipeline generation process

What do you like best about the product?
Really love Outreach everywhere. It improves my prospecting process to the point where if im looking on linkedin i can add someone to Salesforce and Sequences in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow up style is a little concerning. In gmail, follow ups appear with long vertical lines and indent the various steps of emails. Outreach just stacks emails on top of each other in longer threads though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving efficiency problems in prospecting. Our team has been able to increase volume of email send by decreasing the amount of time prospecting. More emails, means more responses, means happier managers.
Overall Outstanding Tool and Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up sequences and see real-time who has opened your emails. Testing subject lines has been huge for us and we will continue to tweak this at all times. The ability to go through all open emails and call those who you know have seen it makes cold leads much warmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different work flows based on certain responses. Would love to have the ability to tailor the steps based on responses so that certain people could get certain emails based on interests, timeline, etc.
