Makes prospecting easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The set it and forget it usefulness of the tool. I never have to worry about tedious follow up unless there is genuine interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times I will get replies that don't register in the system and those folks will remain in the sequence and continue to get emails even though they shouldnt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes prospecting a lot easier. It allows me to focus the majority of my time on finding new business and only following up with those that have expressed interest.

Very useful tool from a prospecting perspective.
Tremendous ability to contact lots of prospects in a few minutes

Ease of creating mass outreach, following up on previous outreach, tracking opens and responses

I would like to send group emails rather than have to cc everyone. Also, only the main person gets that activity logged

Creating awareness about Giant Media. Lots of meetings scheduled with people that I have not met in the past

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to upload a CSV and add contacts to sequences I have set up. The most useful part of the product to me is cloning sequences. This allows me to be much more effective at hitting a good amount of new prospects without having to do much manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
A problem that I keep having is with my gmail toggling. At times I have to reach out to your support to find out why my sequence did not send; but luckily you have a great support team that has always answered my questions quickly. A second thing that I think is clunky is the search for sequences. You need to be precise and exact on your search term or nothing will populate. It makes sense but in a perfect world not everyone can remember the exact wording they used for a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving is scaling our sales organization without having to hire bodies to fill our seats. With outreach we can keep a lean small team and still hit the numbers that you would see in a bigger sales org.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of the tool and how interactive it is. Shelbi also did an exceptional job training my teammates and I on its best uses and such. Also love that you can view how active the receivers are in number of opens, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the threat of stopping the sequences once we reach a certain number of bounces -- for the amount of emails we are putting out I could do with only a warning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a large number/market, being able to see when the email is opened, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend getting the proper training and then playing around with the tool and following up with a brief training afterwards as there are surely more questions to arise once you get going with Outreach.

I like the support.. its amazing. Always there to help out and accommodate.

Sometimes there are glitches when it comes to delivery of emails.. but this has only improved over time

Interface is intuitively designed, variable allow for good customization.

Navigation leaves something to be desired in terms of moving between sequence, prospects, and tasks.

Cadence and consistency of communication.
Outreach saves me time, keeps me more organized, and makes sure that I don't lose important leads!

I like that I can set up many different sequences and that the emails sync with Salesforce

I dislike that forwarded emails are not recognized by the system, so often times sequences don't stop if an email is replied to by a different person.
I also wish that I could receive a notification if a prospect finishes a sequence because they are unresponsive.

I must keep track of hundres of investment leads, and Outreach has allowed me to keep the process organized so I don't accidentally miss an important lead by forgetting to followup with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Outlook, make sure to ARCHIVE all your emails from prospects, NOT delete them. Otherwise the sequence will not stop!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the salesforce extension, it's a huge timesaver!

I would like it if Outreach sent me a notification that the sequence is completed and reminded me to try a new contact or a different avenue

Mass outreach! The sequences provide great touch points and make us seem persistent

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly, with a solid interface that is intuitive and logical. The ease with which you can create sequences is really impressive. Also impressive is the flexibility of the sequences themselves, again being very intuitive to tailor to your exact needs.
I'm also a huge fan of the Outreach support team. If something does happen to go awry, they respond very quickly, professionally, and I've yet to have an issue that didn't get resolved within a 12 hour window.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some design kinks that irritate me, but overall I really like the tool. One thing I believe that would help increase productivity in using the tool to create and manage sequences would be hotkeys to navigate through the different tabs and screens. But that's nitpicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using outreach to send and track emails that we use as our primary sales and product awareness communications. We're definitely brought customers on from using Outreach.
I am emailing a ton of people, super helpful for sending out mass emails and following up, etc.

Just takes a few clicks and your email is out. No filling in a certain name or company, outreach does it for you and saves you time.

Somtimes Outreach doesn't pull everything from SalesForce and vice versa, sometimes I have to go in and change it in both. Wish that was easier to save me some time!
