Mostly enjoy it, but still don't want to settle for other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the functionality and reporting available. The analytics are great compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site itself is a bit clunky. November 2022 they released a site update. It made finding everything a bit more complicated, but it did improve the overall look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty easy sequencing platform with open read tracking and calendar syncing. The bilateral sync has been an issue at times, but they're working on it.
Pretty good tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. You can build sequences quickly and they work well. Adding new team members is also pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few limitations. One of the clearest is that it doesn't have an SMS feature, much less two-way. It's also on the pricier side. Their customer support also lacks quality, very slow to respond and resolve things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first, when we heavily relied on cold calling it was very effective there. The fact you can build campaigns easily and quickly on it meant that we could test multiple things at the same time and easily track what worked and didn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and has a lot fo great features for setting up sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin management is not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our need to build automated sequencing.
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce and LinkedIn and the intuitive Outreach UI made using the platform seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, the platform definitely had more to offer than what I was using on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making prospecting a lot more efficient and less boring manual tasks.
Makes sales and marketing easy for any sales professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated dialer. The ability to take notes during the call in the interface. Automated emails. While I am calling, I can look up everything I need to know about the prospect via LinkedIn and the company. It easily integrates with Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attacking everyone in an account one at a time is difficult because everything is in task format for my day. If a task is due and it's down at the bottom of task list I may not get to it by the end of the day. It could be several days because I am constantly adding to my pipeline new prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation. It allows me to plan out my day. Track my calls and when I am having the most success calling people. I love that it reminds me to reach out to prospects that otherwise I would have forgotten about, that didn't want to take a meeting now but are open to talking in 6 months, and I call them when the timing is right.
Solid product, integrates well with SFDC

Tracking of outbound activities performed by our BDR Teams.

Configuration with SFDC can be tricky at times.

ZoomInfo SalesOS Integration with Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is super easy to move data from Zoom into Outreach. Just a couple of clicks, and you're done. What makes it even better is that you can assign the prospects to someone, add to a sequence and tag them all in one place so you do not have to work from two different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to really dislike in the integration. The integration is seemless, so you can't go wrong with that. If I had to list something, I'd say that my only mild dislike is that you can only select one sequence while pushing the prospects from Zoom into Outreach. If you want to add those prospects to an additional sequence, you'll have to go back to Outreach, search for your prospect and then add them from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes it so much easier to stay on top of your prospects and keep you organized. You create sequences to ensure that your prospects are receiving the right info that pertains to them, makes calling them a breeze and ensures that you have the proper stats on your targets so that you know who to focus on the most.
Pleasant and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and being able to reach so many prospects which ultimately saves me a lot of time throughout the day and allows me to be on the phone more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a bit confused when I send out multiple sequences

Outreach is able to give me assistance by allowing me to reach a whole range of different prospects with multiple touch points and save me a lot of time
Must-have solution for sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Managing many different sequences with analytics and the ability to A/B test.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with salesforce and other systems could be better and more stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach ensures our SDRs are hitting their activity targets, and it also provides critical data to measure campaign effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
Making calls and sending out emails with sequences. It's easy to use in order to book meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is wrong with the software. It works just fine.

It allows me to book more meetings by creating sequences of contacts so I can do cold calls and emails
