Automation at it's finest
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Outreach include the extension that plugs right into your email, making scheduling meetings easier and more efficient. The outreach reminders regarding steps in a campaign is helpful, too, to ensure you're nurturing your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes include the rigid categories in which data has to fit if it's imported. For example, when uploading a list of contacts, I can't always align category for category the proper information to make customizing as streamlined as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am engaging with customers and reaching out to prospects using the Outreach tool. Additionally, I am using the email plug-in tools to easily schedule meeting with prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to keep track of records easily and sort and filter when looking for other records
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no texting option, only calls. it would be much more convenient to be able to text as well. also there is no easy way to merge dupe records. or search for a prospect via phone number

ability to contact prospects and set tasks that are independent of sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides a one-stop shop for growth reps to manage large books of business and expansion sequencing. Marketing ops works to add tasks to our queue with ease, and help with day to day pipeline management since everything syncs back to SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task priority for growth reps is a bit manual and would like to see more automation/levers to control how sequences load on the home page of Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving omnichannel outbound activity for a large book of business - the benefits we have realized are plenty, but they start with great cross-functional collaborations between our departments.
Great SEP
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps things on track, and helps to keep focused. The metrics are super helpful for pacing, and keeping on target the UX is pretty intuitive. It's the only SEP I've used, but knowing about the competitors I feel spoiled that this is the first one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the chrome extension is clunky when trying to add prospects, and reads the wrong page. One thing that bugs me in sequences is there is no option when cold calling someone to put 'interested, but not right now' it's very binary, and the successful connect finishes the sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. We're building pipeline to bring more deals across the finish line, and Outreach definitely helps with that. Keeping you prompted with task completion, and an easy to navigate tasks manager is super helpful in adding more successful prospects.
Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences eliminate the need for you to manage your tasks, and enable you to use that time for additional account planning. The ability to filter tasks by activity type and sequence also enables you to execute more cold calls and leave more voicemails.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are unable to send combined availability using the outreach tool. So you have to go back and forth between Gmail calendars to select availability in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem I’m solving with outreach is adhering to a disciplined follow-up cadence. I’m also trying to be more scientific about the content I use based on what gets the best response.

Excellent sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a fantastic tool for enabling sales with call and email sequences. It's very useful as a tool for monitoring the activity of your sales team as well. It allows for a real scaling of sales outreach capabilities without sacrificing quality and personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting capabilities, particularly the exported data, were more robust. It's not very useful from a marketing ops standpoint due to the deficiencies in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great for tackling our top industries and persona, and it helps us keep tabs on how our sales people are following up with different events, programs, and content.

Have a good rev ops manager who can handle the implementation and maitinance.

Outreach done right
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Outreach. The UI is appealing, and it does a great job as a CRM. I love the tagging function, which allows you to creatively sort your contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outreach Anywhere plugin breaks often so I had to get rid of it. I like to move fast, and I feel that the app cannot keep up with my pace. Mind you this could be due to other app integrations (i.e. Salesforce) that overload the bandwidth, but I felt I had to mention it. I also wish there was a way to sort through the contacts that have opened the email to either mass email or at least effectively sort through them to re-engage aside from a small and limited window pane on the home screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is a great unified way to work through tasks and manage all prospecting efforts. I've saved a lot of time being able to facilitate outreach functions via this CRM.

Easy to use, friendly user interface, sales implementation convenience

Can be complicated to navigate, slightly expensive, not enough companies using the same tool practice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, a decent tool for sales representation and projection, but I only tried it a few times when doing a finance project presentation with colleagues
