Outreach to Salesforce integration through a SFDC Admin lens

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach connects well with Salesforce objects and the field to field mapping is straight-forward. There is control over the data flow, the recurrence of the sync and individual users' access. Outreach is helpful to business development staff by helping them to automate (multi-task) certain aspects of their connection attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is not as robust for teams working to nurture prospects in advance of sales staff. Outreach serves individual efforts well; however, the flexibility to open responses to a shared email would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables business development staff to prospect to multiple people simultaneously, allowing the staff to engage automatically with more prospects - casting a wider net!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Straightforward, Simplified steps. I appreciate how seamless the experience is and using it on a daily basis is very manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Filter by name, by organization, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the "What should I work on today?" as a salesperson. It benefits by making sure I am on top of every prospect, every account that matters.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes sales job productive. The most favborite feature is difinately sequence.
You can add Auto/Manual Email, Call, Linkedin with days you want.

You can utilize template for creating Email, and snipet for adding sentence such as use case of your product.

You can track when Email is opened, reply.

also, support is very fast and helpful. since last year, I do feel their support quality has been improved drastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. But if any, I will appriciate if I can filter those prospect have replied before in the prospect view, so that as a SDR, I can easily filter non-engaged contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to generate meeting by contacting lots of prospect with Email and call.
Sequence especially helps me to contact to prospect who has not been replied or answered the call.

What do you like best about the product?
User functionality, snippets, templates, sequencing, it's amazing. The way I can connect to SalesForce and bring in leads to then sequence is like butter
What do you dislike about the product?
Better functionality when there's duplicates. Cleaning up data but although that may be administrators tasks from my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing, let's me sequence leads, make sure I remember to reach out, keeps track and shows me engagement of client emails

No way to cancel. An employee signed up two years ago and we are still being charged.

What do you like best about the product?
They're awful. No support whatsoever. We've spent two years trying to get in contact with them without any meaningful response. There's no way to resolve this issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to contact them. They have no phone line, no chat, and they don't respond to emails. We have been charged thousands with no way to cancel. We have emailed them for two years with no resolution. We would have to cancel our company card to cancel. It's insane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No way to cancel. An employee signed up two years ago and we have been trying to cancel ever since. We don't have his email because he is no longer part of the company.

Streamlined customer communication

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful features, eg. rescheduling tasks, snippets, templates, reply and click rates on emails.
Super organised on the front, really easy to see activity on reports, lots of useful data available like calls connected, time spent on calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still seems in development so features change every so often, layout changes, etc. Doesn't bother me a lot but some team members have issues with it.
Also old open rate/click rate data gets lost once you edit an email template which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organised when conducting outreach to customers. Keeps my tasks in order, reminders (urgent tasks) are useful. Being able to see open rates and click rates on emails is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add people to nuture sequences, I could never keep up sending all of these emails one by one myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, it's been buggy. But so is every piece of software out there so no biggie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated emails, tracking email engagment, etc

What do you like best about the product?
OutReach is the best email automation in the market right now. Outreach has calling feature as well which is of great use . The outreach everywhere greatly helps with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering other tools in the market, out reach is slightly on the pricier side. Outreach calling audio is not great in my opinion as the other person is unable to hear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running email sequences on Outreach is incredible and the ability to set working hours is also really making the whole process of running email sequences much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Outreach is that it is extemely easy to use, straight-forward, and they have a great support team who are normally extremely responsive and quick to solve any issues you may encounter. In my opinion it is the best outbound platform I've encountered and I recommend it to any organization who does cold outreach. It is easy for reps to learn how to use and has a plethora of capabilities you can choose to use or not. They're also great about taking suggestions from clients about how to make their platform better which is much appreciated by daily users. They have several videos for both users and administrators to help answer questions independently or overall just better familiarize yourself with the different uses and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any dislikes about Outreach. Their team is great, the platform is great, and they are quick to solve any issues. You have to know when using any platform there will be technical issues that are out of their control, but their team does a great job of staying on top of them and keeping you updated on the status of finding a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves the problem of having to individually track each prospect, account, and deal. It houses everything in one clean space and allows you to sequence people or create one off tasks that auto populate when they are due so you sign in every morning knowing exactly what you should have done by the end of the day. It also helps track activity data for your team so management teams have visibility into what each contributor is getting done and gives insights on what emails are being opened and responded to most, what time of day the highest pickup rates are, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI and great tool that we use to enhance our engagement with our leads and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike but it would be nice to have the option to have a chance to undo a sent email with a 30 sec delay

The ablity to send SMS messages through outreach and look forward to being able to use it
