Helpful for sequences, but dependent on proper configuration

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences capability in Outreach helps facilitate a multichannel outreach strategy for prospecting, including LinkedIn messaging, phone, email, etc. The email tracking and scheduling capabilities are also easy to use and help facilitate connections with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility for configuring sequences is highly dependent on the permissions set by the administrator. When we first licensed Outreach, I used it frequently, as it was simple to combine templates with customized content. After permissions were tightened, it became more difficult to create personalized emails, so I reverted to using regular email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps streamline the process of creating a sales outreach campaign by equipping business development and account executives with tools for creating templates and sequences. Also provides tools for tracking email opens and scheduling meetings on calendars. I have not used the conversation intelligence or sales operations tools they've added recently.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create flows that remove a lot of manual tasks for the team. It saves a lot of time and mental effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more advanced capabilities when it comes to analyzing sequence data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to more effectively scale outreach on a per-rep basis and on a team-wide basis. Would be impossible to generate the volume of leads we do without a tool like this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how you'd like to track things like sentiment in your response rate rather than just overall reponse rate

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences were easy to implement and the reporting was very good to make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that I had to have other tools to gain a customer buying perspective. Other tools now have all this as a single tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was able to prospect to hundreds of people per day with the automation.

Ability to track open rates and gauge interest. Also collaboration w/ peers with sharing snippets and sequences that have a high response rate

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize a whole host of tasks that in the past I had to manage in email, or excel sheets. It serves a good purpose of avoiding using calendar to set multiple reminders and prompts me to reach out to the right prospects when I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are:
1. Manual upkeep - another tool that I need to keep up to date on with all of my tasks.
2. UI - Can be patchy. Sometimes the screen is very cluttered and I have too many things in front of me, slowing me down from being productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems relates to efficiency - Outreach organizes a lot of tasks so I no longer have to remember to do them myself. I use my calendar less for reminders, I use excel less and it syncs all of my activity with our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics and meeting integration. I love the email automation capability as well as the ability to take notes right on the call and bring them up for followups. I also love the ability to see how my peers are talking about our platform so I can improve my own messaging
What do you dislike about the product?
UI needs some work to eliminate clicks. There is so much capability that it gets in the way of efficiency. The search filtering can be improved as well

Campaigns to customers and driving event attendance and awareness. More efficient use of prospecting time with the automation features

Make sure you establish training and reenforce because there is a lot to do in the platform

Critical Tool in the sales org

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a staple in the life of a BDR/SDR role. SDR's live in this tool every day and it is their lifeline for hitting their number every month and quarter. It's easy to use and has tons of flexibility. Chrome Extension is a must-have as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of the product that are underutilized and just don't didn't get trained on them so I feel like it can be a lot. It's very rare, but when Outreach goes down it's the worst! Have Vidyard integration but no Loom integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and all outreach tasks are done in Outreach. It's so easy to pull contacts from Sales Nav and Salesforce into outreach and that helps save so much time. It integrates with all the tools I need it to.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having the ability to set-up sequences that are targeted to specific prospect groups easily. Being able to get insight into the effectiveness of said sequences is icing on the cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
Task management should be easier to set-up, manage and change on a whim, but it's currently kind of clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching all of our target prospects with automated email outreach has been beneficial in creating awareness of our brand. Booked demos are the primary goal, and it's working!
