What do you like best about the product?
the templates and sequences make my job so much easier. I can send targeted or generic emails at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can get annoying is how often outreach logs out for no reason. because its integrated with salesforce I'm often having to sign back in sometimes 2-3 times a day. other than that not much to complain about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to hit a larger number of touches each day and stay organized on who and when to follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take time to learn the functionality. it's not something you can just learn in one day.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a dream for the members for my team. For those who are disorganized, outreach is a one stop shop for all their needs. For others, it provides a platform for collaboration and optimization. Would definitely recommend to other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes outreach seems a little slow. For example, just pausing a sequence takes a moment of calculation, it seems. Also there are so many features that sometimes i feel like optimizations in the UX have been missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we send lots of cold emails and this keeps us organized and provides learnings for future growth. Increased outreach better operations optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can set-up email sequences with time based responses to follow up with clients. This helps me organize my prospects and no one falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some better filters and search tools. Being able to filter out results by tags would be great (i.e. show me all contacts without the tag CLOUD)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business problem is staying in front of the customers and not forgetting to follow up. My replies have increased dramatically and I haven't forgotten to follow up with anyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to use for anyone with an inside sales organization that wants to keep track of their touches. If you believe in the 8 touch model, this is a great tool as you can create a blueprint for all other reps to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
Email Open tracking, sequences, rep created buckets (sales stages) for our team to organize, ability to dial through tasks or bulk-email. Once you connect with someone, they are kicked out of the automated sequence for you. Ability to dial remotely from mobile phone. Team insights, team templates and snippets accessible from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it just doesn't work - tags don't save, bulk emails slip through the cracks and are still sent with {{first-name}} to the prospect, also limited in task function - inability to move through different groups of prospects in a non-linear way, lacking flexibility. Does not sync well with Salesforce - still need to work side by side with Salesforce. Remaining task / sequence heavy can pull us out of our work flow of being cognisant of prospects' content engagement and lacks visibility on when to strike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems solved: figuring out healthy balance and number of "touches" needed to effectively engage prospects. Realized benefits: can tag by location and time zone, level of engagement, channel interest.

It can be clunky, I honestly liked Salesloft better

The ability to save time spent on scheduling, drafting and creating messaging/appointments

The sync with Salesforce could be more robust

Being able to focus on selling and strategy is the most important point of time allocation for an Account Executive, and Outreach makes us able to focus on that to an unprecedented agree. From automatic sending, to templatizing, and scheduling meetings with a calendar integration, the system is very holistic.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about it from the snippets, to templates, to sequences, to being able to tag prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything honestly. The only thing I have an issue with is that they cap out emails to 5,000 per user per week, not even an upgrade or paying more can change this. Honestly though, if you have a marketing team with bandwidth to do drip/nurture campaigns via a marketing automation platform, you shouldn't ever reach this amount like I have. I'm only reaching this because we have a smaller team and I am running these campaigns through Outreach that really should be done by the marketing team.

It's just the best tool I've used. Also have experience with Tout and Salesloft, which just don't measure up to Outreach in my mind.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to target and easily run email communication is very helpful. The customer service is also unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to figure out how to do things sometimes, and the documentation isn't great. I end up on live chat a lot, when it would be great if there was a more publicly available listing of common questions.

Email communication and the ability to drastically scale up our outreach frequency.

Make sure you have a sales ops team to manage advanced task mapping.

The UI is extremely easy to use, and very intuitive. Also the ability to see daily and weekly metrics is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be careful with the authority given to Outreach when initially set up, as it can potentially override information that is entered into Salesforce if what it records or has on file is different.

Able to reach a much larger audience, while still personalizing each touchpoint.

Very useful tool, extremely helpful in reaching a large audience with a personalized message.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach helps me keep up on the mass amount of leads. I can count on Outreach to make sure none of my leads fall through the cracks. When you have a mass influx of leads from shows, webinars, programs etc, Outreach is the only tool I know I can count on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a little better visibility into companies as a whole who I am emailing, such as a section that showed which companies I am emailing and how many people within that company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach we are able to solve our "process" problem. The process of following up with potential clients is one of the main aspects of sales and with the help of Outreach we are able to double our followup processes without adding workload.
