Great but needs minor fixes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the bulk email features; being able to create new stages and such is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that when I upload a csv and if it has some contacts I have already reached out to, I can't select all 200 and uncheck like the first 5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to mass emails to increase our reach and expand the top of our funnel in our sales process

Strong advantage for email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see how frequently prospects open an email can help gauge level of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading CSV files can sometimes stall. This can make things difficult when uploading spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gauging interest from potential prospects is a huge benefit.
Integrated calling and email system
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence system allows for easy creation of email+call cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with functionality, but the support is quick to address these issues and submit them as feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has enabled my team to integrate our call and email sequences in a fluid way. This has eased stress, as before our systems didn't play well together. This allows us to create campaigns (called sequences) in the system quickly to address new outreach that needs to be done.

The ability to bridge my phone with the call + the connection to email
What do you dislike about the product?
When the calls can't be made or when the connection is lost between my phone or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure emails are received, gaining insight from call recordings

The ability to automate sales activity from one convenient place. Can seamlessly send different types of messages and schedule call activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a better way to sync activity between salesforce and outreach for contacts in salesforce but that aren't yet in outreach. Wish there was a true 2 way sync that is automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily and simply reach out to large numbers people in a seamless and automated fashion. Our reps that use Outreach the most tend to be most successful in the solution.

really buy into it, use the tool. there is so much potential that we only scratch the surface of

What do you like best about the product?
Great prospecting tool. Easy and concise way to stay on top of tasks. Reporting is solid for understanding what tactics are performing better than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Global task bar is in the way on home page. A bit clunky sometimes

What prosecting tactics are most effecive. Email open rate and engagment. Good organization tool for tasking.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the automation aspect of Outreach. It has drastically improved my productivity and allowed me to refocus my entire work load.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think there are a few hiccups when it comes to Outreach's system. There are some occasions where people you would like to keep off your contact list get contacted, and very rare sytem issues, but for the most part there is not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating our sales outreach in places where it needs to be automated and taking manual control of the processes we need to keep manual. Outreach has been phenomenal in helping us streamline processes and get in touch with prospects more efficiently.

Better Customer support or live customer support

I think that it outlines what works and what does not!

I would like more templates for single scenarios

I'm using it from a sales perspective, so I am looking at the most productive ways to get in touch with customers. This tool allows me to stay on top of customers without me needing to remember to.

It's organized and succinct, can help you reach more people more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly and connects flawlessly with Salesforce. I can easily check on open rates, email data, and it's really simple to build and unleash sequences to prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an individual contributor in sales and a former BDR/SDR Manager, I don't see any flaws in Outreach relative to other products on the market (I've used Tout and Salesloft). Outreach allows each individual on the sales team to do what they need to do for tracking calls/emails, building lists, integrating with SFDC, and contacting prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to sequence prospective clients with multiple unique emails. It allows me to reach out to more individuals with more frequency and fewer prospects "fall through the cracks." I can track which sequences perform better/worse too so I can optimize my approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a best in class product for sales enablement. You really can't go wrong. My key recommendation would be to negotiate "throttling" or "how many users each rep can contact in a give day." This is important and is often missed during evaluations.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is always cutting edge. With constant updates, the platform gets easier and easier. If you are selling in a space that isn't saturated it works like magic.

I want to be able to add nonuser calendars to book for people not using the platform
