Great tool for managing opportunities and follow up
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to manage my opportunities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and assists me in following up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the last few months, they rolled out Opportunities function, before they didn't have them and we are still working on the transition and making sure we have the field we need there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of pipeline and opps

Incredible tool for Business Development, Account Managers, Account Executives
What do you like best about the product?
I use Outreach from an Admin standpoint and oversee our sales operations for Business Dev, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales. Outreach not only helps my team day to day but has afforded us a lot of visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. It is very robust and deep so does take some time for a (smaller) organization to fully ramp up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, to qualified leads, to opportunities through automated follow up.
Make your sales strategies more efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it allowed us to sequences our emails and calls when prospecting clients. This saved time and made it so we would slip on sending info or following up with a lead via phone call. It was all scheduled out for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes but I would say bridging office phones can sometimes be difficult. We have had our phones connect to different phones around our office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We speed up our calling and prospecting processes. It gives us better visibility on prospects opening and clicking emails. Our sales have increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the sequence templates provided, and add in your own specific value proposition where you see fit. This will save time compared to recreating a brand new sequences.
Great tool for automated outbound prospecting efforts!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence capability. Gave reps the ability to setup mini outreach campign efforts for ther prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Keep up the great work!Really great product!

Automating prospecting efforts and incresing sales rep productivity.
Great lead gen - but also keeps our opps moving before they go stagnant

We have Outreach sequences based on different scenarios and roles - keeps a deal moving before they start losing interest and helps the reps stay focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say - nothing bad is top of mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is fundamental to our lead-gen and management of opportunities - we use it along with TopOPPS to make sure we are doing everything we're supposed to do to move deals through the funnel and nothing falls through the cracks.

Talk to their CSMs to get industry best practices.

The admin side of the tool is a heavy lift in terms of keeping content and sequences organized and clean

I like the Salesforce integration and the easy-to-use UI of Outreach

That I can't use it within Salesforce. I would like to be able see everything in one place and not have to go to another spot to use Outreach

User interface is complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to reach out to hundreds of candidates at once, and have everything automated. I also like when I can see when an email has been opened, or responded to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is complicated, and there are many steps that must be taken to do one action. There is no clean way of going step to step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emails and lack of campaigns. Not wasting time sending individual emails over and over again.
Outreach is okay

Outreach does allow you to send email campaigns and sequences to large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very user friendly. I used it for several months and never got the hang of it and I consider myself pretty tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to reach mass quantities of prospects and determine where to focus my time based on open rates and click rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gets the job done it’s just not always easy
Local Presence is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can instantly dial anyone in the country and have a local area code
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences and tasks can get confusing sometimes. Still don't understand the real difference between templates and snippets other than length. Need to figure out how to leave a pre-recorded voicemail.
