What do you like best about the product?
Outreach keeps me organized and on pace to continuously hit my targets. Each day I know who I will be reaching out to and the amount of tasks to complete. The integrations between SalesForce and other tools we use helps with ease of information transfer
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new into my role, I have not seen/encountered any downsides that I can speak to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All notes, conversations, emails are all in one place. Do not have to jump around to multiple different platforms.
We are working on using Outreach more efficiently.

Sequences, bulk compose, templates and snippets

I feel we don't know all the features and how to effectively use them.

I like that it is Intuitive to use, it queues up tasks and increased at bats for sales

I don't like that some of the Reporting into sfdc is clunky

What do you dislike about the product?
Deal Management wasn't Outreach's strong suite. Something I often missed having coming from SFDC. I say wasn't as I'm hoping with the new AI powered features that becomes a breeze.

Helps me build effective plays and sequences, experiment, keep track of metrics and continuously experiment and evolve my outbound techniques.
